RSTDT stands for Racists Say the Darndest Things. It can be found on the FSTDT website. (Just type "fstdt" into Google; it's the first thing that pops up.)
Would you kindly click my dragons? There was a 2nd one found in another part of town yesterday (which might remove the possible racial motive).
Cesspool of scum and villainy? You're thinking of Chicago (my birthplace). It may be annoying that they add letters where they don't belong (it's not WARSHington, it's WASHington. I know you can say wash, just add -ington to the end of it), but that's hardly enough to make it a cesspool of scum and villainy.

I hate the Warsh.
Now if we were talking tri-cities I might be more inclined to believe they were wretched hives but not of scum and villainy just folks trying to make it through.
Interesting. A 2nd bomb. I wonder what is going on here.

Who watches the watchmen? My conspiracy theorist dad thinks it's all a plot to scare the citizens into giving up our guns and freedoms. According to him, the cops planted that bomb but pretended not to notice even though it had wires hanging out of it.
Needless to say, he listens way too much to Alex Jones and his ilk.

Would you kindly click my dragons?Considering the city workers had to open up the bag to even see the wires in the first place that kind of shoots that one down. yes some loon planted a bomb give me your guns works so well Lol. :P Its ok my dad has gone that route in his retirement. Not enough work too much time to "think"
No one said terrorists of American or Foreign born varieties had to be smart. They were counting on the apathy of people to ignore something obvious for their plan to work. Some folks saw it and decided it didn't feel right. There is no telling how long that device had been sitting there before someone noticed it.
Who watches the watchmen?I heard about it from my dad, who saw it on the news, so I don't have a link to it. The only info I have on it is it was on Sprague near downtown (if that actually means anything to anyone here).
Here's the story from 3 of the local news stations:
Sprague if I remember correctly was pretty busy street in the area. Saw lots of foot and vehicle traffic. I think there may be several shops there.
Ok if that is the pic of the bomb it is more obvious but if it was zipped up and no one really cared to look closely it could still possibly escape notice.

Who watches the watchmen?Aw, crap. Sometimes my state bothers me.
Oh, and to all those talking about where the "crazy" dividing line is...it isn't. I live as far north and west as you can get without either falling into the ocean or Canada, and we still have crazies up here. They live in Lynden, Ferndale and Sedro-Wooley. You find them in Blaine as well.
But back on topic. I'm glad he didn't succeed.
If I were to write some of the strange things that come under my eyes they would not be believed. ~Cora M. Strayer~...wow, that is as far northwest as it gets.
I didn't mean that it's a very strict divide, my neighbors are wannabe Confederates, but just mentioning it and stuff

What is RSTDT? Acronym soup for the confused souls.
From Wikipedia
Our little spot in Idaho had additional thuggery from the Aryan nation which resulted in their compound there going bye bye. They have apparently splintered into multiple factions. This is also a group noted by the FBI and RAND as being an extremist/terrorist group.
