As someone who hasn't played Pokemon in fucking ages, can anyone explain to me why Bidoof has all this Memetic Mutation attatched to it? It's like Rattata, back in the original chromatic generations, only Up To Eleven.

Basically, it's Rattata except it looks much more dumb, and... well... IT'S CALLED BIDOOF!

It looks derpy. It sounds derpy. You find it by the truckload. It's actually not a bad combatant and is one of the best HM slaves around.

Perfect meme material, I suppose.

Linoone is still better because he can give you free PP Ups.

Secret Agent Ikataro!

And no, Bibarel is better because he's awesome.

Truthfully, I sort of drifted away from the Pokemon series after Gold and Silver. In no small part because I never got a Game Boy Advance, but... still, even after getting a DS years later, I didn't touch any of the games until picking up Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Darkness — which was primarily since it was a Roguelike. So that was my first introduction to a lot of pokemon, including Bidoof. I ended up with a good impression of the little guy, and was surprised to find out his breed gets so much hate. surprised

[up][up][up][up] Oh come on. Bibarel is goofy and can learn a lot of H Ms. Linoone gives you Max Revives, PP Ups, and TM26 Earthquake for free.

[up]Okay, look. My personal opinion. I like bibarel more, okay?

Secondly. You can pickup Earthquake at a 1% chance if you have a pickup Pokemon in the 90s. Likewise, you start getting Max Revives in the 70s at a 3% chance and PP ups in the 80s at a 3% chance.

Max revives are unnecessary, and if I want PP ups I can get them way faster from the Pokewalker.

And please stop acting like they'll just fall from the sky if I use Linoone. It will take a considerable amount of grinding to even get one up there, and even more grinding to grab an Earthquake TM. In my opinion, not worth it.

Gen 3 Lioone had no such level restrictions. And it knows surf! ^^

I didn't like Bidoof until the second Mystery Dungeon game, and now I'm attached to the little guys ^^
