I think it's the book that'll come out after Chuubo's Marvelous Wish-Granting Engine. Or so I hope.
WOOF!Awesome.
I do find the "actually wait I had a better idea" structure of the Nobilis release schedule to be an interesting way of doing things, but since it led to Antithesis, it's all good.
You are dazzled by my array of very legal documents. As long as they keep churning out books, I don't really care how they do it. I'm too much a die-hard Nobilis fan.
WOOF!I suppose Dr Moran's "certified mad genius" card is good for a lot of things.
I haven't seen it myself but I've heard stories.

You are dazzled by my array of very legal documents.Tell me that you've read Chibi-Ex.
WOOF!Yes.
As a result, I've hatched a plan to shut down Iolithae Septimian temporarily, just in case. Stealing someone's voice is a viable Aspect 8 miracle, right?
(Plus I suspect it'd manifest as a gemstone filled with falling stars, which would make an awesome ring, especially if it counts as a Wondrous/Miraculous Anchor.)
You are dazzled by my array of very legal documents.Aspect 8, yes. I don't know if it would slow Iolithae down for long, though. I mean, Genseric and his flaming bullets didn't shut her up for much.
WOOF!Coriander has the flaming bullets, actually.
I suppose that since any NPC could in theory miracle themselves out of trouble, my plan hinges on "stealing an Excrucian's voice" being awesome enough that the hypothetical HG lets it stand for at least a little while.
You are dazzled by my array of very legal documents. It is rather awesome.
WOOF!Thank you.
You are dazzled by my array of very legal documents.I've only tried to hollyhock (can it be used as a verb?)once and it was difficult. I'm glad it was a one-shot thing, I don't think I could have been able to do more.
It WAS a barrel of laughs, though. Alex Trebek can apparently be summoned if you burn something that belongs to him, for example.
WOOF!Yeah, while I was DM'ing I had enough trouble with D&D power levels. Dealing with gods would probably be a few orders of magnitude worse.
You are dazzled by my array of very legal documents.Yeah, I totally agree. I think it's just a learning curve, though. Once you get the hang of creating problems that can't be solved miraculously, I'm sure it gets easier.
Because that's the hard part: making adventures for gods. You really have to start thinking outside the box for that.
WOOF!Well, luckily, there's a whole population of gods to haul out as opponents.
No idea what to do? Clearly, the powers of Clowns, Camera Phones, and Autumn have showed up and want to make a bet.
(Clowns' secret desire is that he desperately wants to go back in time and make sure Batman's archenemy is the Riddler, or Bane, or hell, Darth Vader - anyone but the Joker. He wants Non-Ironic Clown to be the default again dammit!)
You are dazzled by my array of very legal documents.G E N I U S ! ! !
WOOF!And clearly, the challenge is to be the first to graffiti the name of the opponent on Lord Entropy's tower.
Headcanon: if no PC is doing it, the Power of Love is kept permanently within Lord Entropy's dungeons. She is treated comparatively well, with a Luxury Prison Suite and the ability to summon PC's to guard her Estate from flower rites and the like, but she cannot leave the dungeon. Over the years, she has staved off boredom by writing and submitting hundreds of trashy romance novels, meaning that if she is ever released Mills & Boon will owe her a great deal of money.
Also, another silly Deceiver idea: one who has jacked an abandoned Chancel that works on comic-book logic and is running an elaborate scheme involving a superhero career. Her arch-enemy is a Warmain who hangs out in the same Chancel testing people.

You are dazzled by my array of very legal documents.I have to say that I love the Coucil of Four. Lord Entropy's like a douchier Lord Vetinari, Ananda's the prettyboy useless messiah, Surolam is kind but bound by her own laws and Ha-Qadosch Berakha treats your mom the world as his playground.
I've always hated the good-aligned, well-oiled monarchy/government/whatever in an RP. Give me the dysfunctional ruling body and have my players suffer!

WOOF!I do like that on the rare occasions Ananda votes, Lord Entropy abstains. I'm guessing the reason he remains in charge is that he has a faster reaction time than the Lord of the Infinite.
Surolam: Cast your vo-
Entropy: Nay.
Ananda: Y - dammit!
I think Lord Entropy made himself unshippable because in his wisdom he knew that unless he took preventive measures, there would be enough Entronanda slash to fill all of creation. At least 60% of it would have been written by Deceivers.
WOOF!Hee.
"It is a universal law that once a cast of characters has entered the Fanficverse, the two least likely to be paired off in a homosexual relationship will experience a massive injection of mutual attraction with, as the ancient scrolls say, sexy results. In this case, the laws were fighting against the fact of Lord Entropy, and gave up."
You are dazzled by my array of very legal documents.Lord Entropy has a cell right next to the Power of Love with the Power of Fanfiction's name on it in case it ever DARES to unleash the shippers on him.
WOOF!Someday I'm going to stat up that character, and everyone will be sorry.
You are dazzled by my array of very legal documents.(S)he'd have a very weird Familia.
WOOF!I've done some number-crunching and the ability to steal anything, no matter how ridiculous, without spending MP is an eight-point Gift of Aspect.
Admittedly, it's an 8pt Gift that allows you to do everything from walk through a restaurant on Valentine's Day and steal everyone's dates* to extracting an Abhorrent Weapon from an Excrucian and hanging it on the mantlepiece.
.*Fencing them afterwards is the hard part.
You are dazzled by my array of very legal documents.
Yeah, it should be awesome.
Was the book on Heaven actually cancelled, or just delayed indefinitely?
