Blindsprings is pretty good. Reasonably light, cute fantasy comic about a princess who entered a pact with spirits and then emerges back into the world 300 years later. Paranatural is great, although that one's popular enough you've probably heard of it already. Very goofy, great art, good character interactions, about a supernatural club in a high school.
I've also been enjoying Daughter of the Lilies lately. Kinda Dn D-ish, sort of Noblebright I suppose. About a magic user with a mysterious past who hides her face.

Be not afraid...Does anyone know of any webcomics with good art that are set in the 60s-70s, or is similar in humor to comics like Preacher or Transmetropolitan?
painAlternatively, can anyone recommend a webcomic that combines realistic (or at least very good manga-style) artwork and minimalist dialogue with Scenery Porn (a la Inio Asano or Takehiko Inoue)?

painI know some webcomics on webtoons but scenery not so much. I guess gunnerkrigg court is awesome scenery and plot wise.
HiOh. Hi.
I assume that nobody would mind me reccomending webcomics, given the title of this thread.
Here's some random recommendations that are completely unrelated to everything.
"Hope for our world, tragedy for another."Hi! This is my first time posting here so i apologise for any mistakes. Can i reccomend you guys a webcomic thats technically a fanwork? Its a splatoon fancomic so..
gay cowboyshey yall hear bout scoob and shag
edit: shit i almost forgot i think this one has bits that qualify for needing a violence warning but its still cool. it has Popeye and he's got a goddamn stand and also other cartoon characters are there

Fish want me. Women fear me.◊Just going to share my favourites.
Order of the Stick.
Will Save World For Gold is one which I reliably find funny.
Hero Oh Hero has a lot of variety. It can be really funny at times, but sometimes more serious, and also mixes and blends genres.
I also would recommend Shlock Mercenary and Darths & Droids, but I think their quality has severely dropped and don't read them anymore.
Anybody here knows of a good webcomic that updates Tuesday-Thursday? There's nothing on these days to fill my routine since I gave up on Darths and Droids -and Friendship is Dragons.
Forgive me for not being a walking stereotype. Saint RyougaI recommend Kaiten Mutenmaru, especially the second season, if you can understand Japanese.
I know Vainglorious updates Mondays + Thursdays, and Cornucopia updates on Tuesdays, though the latter is on a pretty long hiatus. Both are really good, and I'd suggest checking them out!
And in general, Paranatural and Inhibit are two of my favorites.

It’s not about the desti-something, it’s about the whatever.I'm recommending two titles that are wrapping things up in the near future: Magical Boy and Long Exposure. (Links are on their pages.)
Heads up though: trigger warning for homophobia in both titles (and a BIG one for transphobia in the former).
"We are all so afraid, we are all so alone, we all so need from the outside the assurance of our own worthiness to exist."I follow a handful of webcomics, but I've been looking for new stuff - Does anyone know any good Slice of Life webcomics without Speculative Fiction elements that are light on drama? It seems kinda hard to keep things realistic without hitting Cerebus Syndrome.
Heartstopper is pretty good. It has some drama but more often than not of the teenage variety.
"We are all so afraid, we are all so alone, we all so need from the outside the assurance of our own worthiness to exist."If you like hockey or at least don't loathe it with every fibre of your being I absolutely cannot recommend Check, Please! enough.
Joke? Why are you calling it a joke? You drew a picture of two dudes hugging and wrote "I love hugs!" on it.I notice that a lot of Webcomics here are already well know so I decided to just put some random recommendations that I have not seen a lot of people knowing about that I hope get attention. (I have too many to list here I just putted the ones here that I really like).
My Recommendations for Webcomics are, A Wheel Story The Web Comic takes place in an alternate fantasy world staring a former nun named Tara, her friend named June Avani and the friendly nāga named Laomia. The Webcomic is Rated PG-13
Song of the Motherland a Drama/alt history/sci-fi/slice of life Anthology of another world without humans. it also has great world building. The comic has occasional violence and language.
Blood Sugar An horror Webcomic about two sisters and the spirit they found during Halloween. it's rated for ages 16+ due to horror imagery and mild violence
Supercell A Webcomic rated at PG 13-ish that takes place on an alien world. the plot is better explained as quote from the Tapas version as " It's a sci-fantasy adventure packed with mystery, action, FRIENDSHIP and feels... so many feels" if you like world building, alien planets and suspense. this web comic is the comic for you. also it is current on a break but it will comeback with an updated website and more pages in January so you do have enough time to read the 458 pages current there.
Endless Halls a supernatural, surreal, fantasy and horror about a girl searching her missing mother in the strange and terrifying place called The Halls.
Lotl Life An comedy webcomic about a person named Lotl and the robot assigned named A.P.I. assigned to help them with a troubling condition they have.
Over the pandemic, I've started browsing Webtoons. I enjoy Clowning Around, The Adventures Of God, My Name Is Benny, and many others.
Here to boost Aurora: it's a fantasy webcomic with Awesome Art, a cool plot, and a welcoming community. All-around enjoyable.
Full moon is on the sky and he's not a man anymoreI've got a lot that can be found on Tapas Media (and it's also me hoping that they'll get their own pages here but I'm too lazy to make them myself):
- 00:00 - The Midnight Village
- BUUZA!
- EQUALIZE
- Jamie
- KAI
- Nomads
- The Pale
- Positron
- Sk8trboi
- Villains
And here are ones that have their own pages on here but deserve some more love:
- Castoff
- Errant
There's a wide scope of stories and genres to pique anyone's interest. Enjoy!
EDIT: I forgot to mention Lies Within. (It used to be on Tapas before it got its own website.)

"We are all so afraid, we are all so alone, we all so need from the outside the assurance of our own worthiness to exist."Vap/Katie Emma. Innocent Pokémon gags!
"Listen up, Marina, because this is SUPER important. Whatever you do, don't eat th“ “DON'T EAT WHAT?! Your text box ran out of space!”Anyone read Jungle Juice? It's a gorgeously illustrated college-aged action series revolving around bug-based superpowers.
I even started a tropes page for it.
Has anyone read the comic Dogfight? It's a Korean Webtoon about animals fighting. It's a mixture of martial arts and noir genre. The comic goes in Korean or English. The drawback is that the Korean site only shows the first half of the series, not counting the revised version, so you'd need to be a member of Naver to read the other half. As for the English site, only the first 32 chapters are available. It's an interesting comic nonetheless, especially because of the action scenes and the philosophical outlooks in life. I even wrote a forum for those interested in discussing the comic at length.

False Knees is pretty damn good.
"Listen up, Marina, because this is SUPER important. Whatever you do, don't eat th“ “DON'T EAT WHAT?! Your text box ran out of space!”
Rec me, baby, one more time!
I'm looking for something serialized, fantasy or SF flavored, that's not super dark or serious in tone. Not necessarily comedic, mind, just a bit on the lighter side. The sort of story where things have the possibility of getting heavy but the protags are very much capable of having a laugh and pulling off an unambiguous win once in awhile.
My favorite comics include Girl Genius, El Goonish Shive and Skin Horse, so that should give you something of an idea of my taste.
