Although you listed it as the third opening of an anime with only two, it's the second opening, Kirameku Namida wa Hoshi ni (Glistening Tears turn into stars)

No aliens. There may or may not be time travel, depending on how you look at it. There are no "espers" in the Sci-Fi sense.
