Did it start airing before 2000? After 2005?
Does it have anything to do with The Teletubbies?

Aliens? Time Travelers? Espers?
Did it start airing before 2000? After 2005? No and yes
Does it have anything to do with The Teletubbies? It has as much to do with The Teletubbies as it has to do with God Knows.
Aliens? Time Travelers? Espers? None of those.
The picture that I have linked here is the hint.◊

Did it air on an odd number year?
Is it Slice of Life?
You rally wanted the round after this one, does the number 451 have something to do with the anime or the song?

Eh, getting the obvious questions out of the way:
Did it air on an odd number year? No
Is it Slice of Life? Again, at least one of my sources says it is.
You rally wanted the round after this one, does the number 451 have something to do with the anime or the song? No
Is the word "Prince" in the title of the anime? No
Is the word "Prince" in the title of the song? No
Is the hint a reference to one of Prince's songs or albums? The song has a similar title to a song which Prince performed in.
Then, Is it God Knows?
And now I know how people that didn't know anything about The Beatles felt the previous round.
Anyway, is 451 related to the Prince song in question?
Is the song in question featured on a studio album by Prince?

The hint has a double meaning.
Then, Is it God Knows? What do you think?
Anyway, is 451 related to the Prince song in question? No
Is the song in question featured on a studio album by Prince? The song is not featured on a Prince album.

*copes and pastes questions from last round*
Is it produced by JC Staff, Bee Train, A-1 Pictures, or Gonzo?
Madhouse, Manglobe, Production IG, or any part of AIC?
Studio4C, Satelight, Studio Deen, or Studio Gainax?
is it sequel? No
Is it produced by JC Staff, Bee Train, A-1 Pictures, or Gonzo? No
Madhouse, Manglobe, Production I.G, or any part of AIC? Yes
Studio 4 C, Satelight, Studio Deen, or Studio Gainax? No
I have a sneaking suspicion...

Is it set in the present day?
Are samurai involved? Yes
Are there significant Yaoi / Shonen-Ai themes involved? I wouldn't call the elements "significant", and the author didn't use her yaoi-specific alias for the series, but they may very well be there, depending on how you view it.
I believe your suspicions are correct.

Hmmm. Do I take this round, or do I pass... Decisions, decisions...
Hell, I'm taking this one.
Is it Sign Of Love?
It's all yours.
It's Sign of Love from House Of Five Leaves.
Prince was a co-artist on a song called Love Sign, which was featured on an album from Prince's NPG record label, but that was the only song on the album Prince himself featured in. Also, can a "love symbol", as The Other Wiki describes his 90's name, count as a sign of love too?
Anyway, Pyrite's turn.
Alrighty, it's been a while. And as much as I'd like to have used a song from Library War, I don't quite know enough about it and don't want to risk another screw-up. Without further ado... Have an easy one.

God only knows Daisanmaku?
Koi no Shirushi?
(have to check anyway) Does it have anything to do with The World God Only Knows?
