The problem with those creative ways to ask the question, is that it makes the person answering to come up with creative ways to answer it.

(unfortunately, I've only thing I've seen by Key and Kyoto is CLANNAD, so it's just WMG from here on out from me)

I'll add it to my to watch list on MAL.

Not sure if these are it, Kyoto didn't make the season that had these songs (according to MAL anyway) and they're the last English songs I could find (Unless the beetles made a song in japanese, or one of the translations of the songs is one letter off). Air (also haven't seen) only had 13 episodes, so...

Hint explanation: Like Flygon pointed out above, the Beatles song I was referencing was Anna, also known as Go with him, and Clannad's song mentions the phrase "the place" a few times on it's lyrics.
