You could have just said yes or no.

Anime geemu wo shinasai!Has the original novel won any awards? I can't find any.
Does the anime have supernatural themes? It has supernatural elements.
Is the original novel a visual novel? What? No. I've never used the term "novel" as a superset of "visual novel."
Could the artstyle of the series be considered "unusual"? Yes.
I'd predict that you're the person most likely to choose a visual novel, and then call it a novel when asked.

Anime geemu wo shinasai!Dude, no. That'd just be blatantly misusing a term — "novel" does not include every other category with the word "novel" in its name. No accepted definition would. I've never stretched things to that extent; that wouldn't even be "stretching." The worst I've done is given a hint that, as far as I knew, only ruled out the second One Piece OP. (I consider the Mathematician's Answer fair game, since if it's applicable, the question is illegal anyway.)
Would you also say this series is... out of this world? No.

Considering my first hint rules out one of the two songs used as an OP to that series, I'll take the actual song — "Maigoinu to Ame no Beat"/"A Stray Puppy and the Beat of the Rain" — as implicit in the question.
I had to think for a while to decide whether Hanuki, Kaori, and Keiko qualified as a "harem." I think it's appropriate to classify them as such, even if it's all in the protagonist's head.
I love this series to bits.
All yours, Noimporta.

The Mathematician's Answer shouldn't even be relevant, since the questions are supposed to be yes-or-no only.
I guess it is.
