It's What's up People !?! from Death Note.
Hint: Maximum The Hormone is the band... You can relate to the name of the band to what you feel when your in puberty.

You should've seen some of the earlier rounds. I still can't understand the logic behind some of them. Anyway... I'm passing this one again.
(On another note, I just discovered the trope Moon Logic Puzzle.)
I'm surprised Atelier isn't there. I mean: basket + ball = globe?

If Pyrite is passing...
Hint: Pyrite knows this song.
Is it God Knows? Since Pyrite = God(not really)

...I don't, really.

Was the song used in one of my previous rounds? No
Was the song used in a previous round (not necessarily mine)? No
Is it Miracle Upper ~ WL? No
I thought you would have got it straight away after looking at the round title, but since you haven't, it's illegal. I will do a proper round using an anime song ...after you have guessed this one correctly!
Oh, it's illegal, is it? That's a whole different kettle of fish we're dealing with. (I may be twisted, but I always assume legality until proven otherwise.)

Is it "Won't Get Fooled Again", by The Who?
YEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! It's the opening theme for CSI Miami, you know.
That round was a Brick Joke from last time. Remember when when I promised to make future rounds easier? Yeah, I'm not changing at all, so make sure you don't get fooled again!
Hint: The dark side of the moon.

I get reminded of CSI with that song... why?
, That was... a real Glass Pull.
Hmmm, that still doesn't tell us anything about its legal status.

Dark side of the moon... is the other side of the moon from the bright side. The bright side is the side that reflects light. Light reflection is known as Albedo. Albedo is a character from Xenosaga.
IS IT IN THIS SERENITY?!?
Do you have to apply Moon Logic to the hint to connect it to the song?
That doesn't sound like you're using a song from an anime... Is the series set in Japan?
...Is it God Kno- *gets slapped*
BTW, it's Round 325.

Pyrite is just too strong for this....
Is the song legal? Yes
Is the hint related to the song / anime / group by way of Pink Floyd? In some way or form, yes
Is this going to be as convoluted as that last round with the Gunslinger Girl OP? (Probably, but just wanted to be sure.) No. At least it shouldn't be.
IS IT IN THIS SERENITY?!? No
Do you have to apply Moon Logic to the hint to connect it to the song? I wouldn't call it Moon Logic myself.
That doesn't sound like you're using a song from an anime... Is the series set in Japan? Well, there are Shinto shrines in this anime, so I will say yes.
...Is it God Kno- *gets slapped* Pokenatic, Denwa. We have entered an endless recursion of answering no to this question.

I watched all 8 as they came out! And enjoyed it!
I watched like... 5 of em? Maybe 6. I eventually realized" holy fuck, this arc is called Endless Eight."
Does the anime have anything to do with Transformers?
I realized it after 4. And laughed at the internet raeg.
I seriously did enjoy watching to see the subtle differences though.

Does the anime have anything to do with Transformers? No. Nothing at all, unless there's some obscure staff connection that nobody cares about.
Does it have anything to do with defeating the Huns?
What about Piccolo blowing up the moon?
Does it having anything to do with:
"Fly Me to the Moon" from Evangelion?
Sailor Moon? No
"Fly Me to the Moon" from Evangelion? No
Is the moon actually a giant robot?
Is it an OP? ED?
