I wish you could've used an OP or ED...
Well since I only watched up to the fourth episode, this will be very annoying.
Is it from the fourth episode? Fifth? Sixth?
EDIT: I swear, if you're right, I really hate you.

He probably isn't, but i'm checking right now.
I think I may have to skim through all the episodes to see if it's used in any other episodes.
Is it from the seventh episode? Eighth? Ninth?
It is not a song that plays between 4:00 to 4:59 in episode 7.
Your questions will have to wait for their answers.
Considering that you said that you're going to skim through all the episodes:
Is it from the tenth episode? Eleventh? Twelfth?
Don't know yet. Yes. Don't know yet.
I suggest players only look for the songs in episode 11 so we can get this over with.

17th minute of episode 11? 5th minute? 13th?
No, no, no.
7th minute? 10th? 21th?
15th minute? ... 23rd minute? ...... 1st minute?

No, the song doesn't start from there, No.

22nd minute? And just in case, 20th minute?

It is the song in episode 11 of Puella Magi Madoka Magica which starts at the 22nd minute, when Homura almost turns into a witch because she lost hope.
You can hear the piano version here until 6:26.

I really should've watched the rest of Madoka Magica a long time ago. * The reason why I didn't was beacuse my internet connection sucks and there are a lot of video players (Youtube included) that are not always reliable.
Of course you only have to name one to win.
Hint 1: I can't think of anything. I've got writer's block.
Hint 2: If the characters were listening to it at the same time, they listened to it on a train.

Did the anime(s) air on an even numbered year?
This the anime(s) last longer than one cour?
Is the anime(s) in question a television show?
Did the anime(s) air on an even numbered year? No for both. * Okay, I should have chosen two anime that had little similarities for this.
This the anime(s) last longer than one cour? No for both.
Is the anime(s) in question a television show? Yes and no.
Did the anime(s) start in 2009?
Is the anime(s) an OVA series?
I wasn't home all day, but I just want to point out that Edmania won Round 207(or was it 206?) by asking four questions, and worse yet, the right one was the final question.
Is the second song from an OVA? A movie? Is the first song from an anime that started on the spring season?

It wasn't four questions in one post, though.
And it's not like two of them were answered anyway.
Did the anime(s) start in 2009? Yes and no.
Is the anime(s) an OVA series? No.
Is the second song from an OVA? No.
A movie? Yes.
Is the first song from an anime that started on the spring season? ...Yes... * Right now I'm hoping you didn't already figure it out. Seriously, I was hoping this would've lasted longer.
Oh I forgot to point this out earlier but if I give a "Yes and no." answer, that does not technically mean I'm saying that it's a yes for the first song/anime and no for the second one.
