OKAY HERE IS THE LIST I HATE LISTS
It doesn't have Megumi Hayashibara (thus prohibiting anything Slayers related, like Lost Universe)
It's not Michiko e Hatchin.
It aired from 1998 to 1999 with only one season. Or maybe two seasons depending on how you measure it, but I think that's still only one season. WHATEVER!
The hint is "If you've been paying attention to my previous ramblings, You Know this one."
It is not an adaptation from a light novel or manga.
It's not from Heroman.

Did it last for 30 episodes or more?
Is it Roulette from Heroman?
Oh wait it didn't air before 2000

Does this series involve time travelers?
It does not.
And it's not God Knows either.

So we are going back to running gags? Is it from Disgaea *gets slapped*
Is the protagonist female?
Is the song sang by a male?
One or more protagonists is female.
The song is not sung by a man. PERHAPS IT IS SUNG BY A ROBOT WITHOUT GENDER?!? No.
Did it run for 40 episodes or more?
I'm sorry, I missed the earlier question.
It's exactly 26 episodes.
Is it sci-fi?
Oh, it's 26 episodes long?
Then, should I go check my fridge now?
I recommend checking your fridge, so that logic can kick in.

Should we end this with a bang?
Sure, Why Not?.
Is it "Tank!"?
No. Not even close. Honestly, what is wrong with you people?

Hey, I was only rolling with Noimporta's Noimporta-ness.
I have no idea where you got Cowboy Bebop from, as that is not the show~
Y'Know from Bubblegum Crisis Tokyo 2040?
Ding ding ding!
Sadly Catch, the joke was that I explicitly said I was going that hint (paraphrased a bit) specifically for this song.

To be fair, Cowboy Bebop was a really good match, particularly due to the "One season but not quite" hint. BBC was next on the list.
Yeah, I noticed that after the fact. But the entire point of this round was that I explicitly said I was going to use "You know this song" for Y'know.
People are beginning to fail to alert me of their wins, causing the list to become inaccurate.

How well does it match the trope?
