The question is whether Got the Whole World in My Hand is enough to illustrate A God Am I.
I think it's acceptable. He has the right facial expression for it, which helps. I'd be open to a better option if someone finds one, but the current one works okay.

It's fine. In combination with the trope name, I don't think anyone would mistake it for anything else.
Infinite Tree: an experimental storyWell, personally speaking, I think it takes some effort to figure out that that's Earth he's holding. Without a close look or the caption, it looks like a big black ball. YMMV.
I do see your point of view; there's enough things going to make it work in context. But it still seems like there must be a more obvious image somewhere out there.
I understood the image easily. Besides the fact that it looks like a planet, you can see that it is floating in his hands, which emphasizes his supernatural ability. Plus his facial expression makes me think he's saying "yeah, I'm a god" instead of being a super happy maniac with his godly powers.
I am against a new image.
Well, alternatively there's this from the Street Fighter movie...

The character is a good example of the trope, but the picture itself isn't much more then Just A Face And A Caption. To anyone not familiar with the work (including me before I came to the wiki), it's just some guy holding a ball in his hands. Without the caption, I couldn't even tell that was supposed to be Earth.
This is a common enough trope, and most of the characters associated with it are so over-the-top, that we surely must have a better picture then this one.
