One of my favorite boss rushes in the series isn't The Arena.

The absolute best Boss Rush IMO is stage 2 of the last level of this obscure Kirby's Adventure remake called Nightmare in Dreamland. Seriously, fighting minibosses to a tune that just screams "GUESS WHO'S BACK?" is awesome.

Beam is my favourite ability mostly on the grounds of getting it first in Kirby Super Star and not being useless (Wave Beam and Beam Blast own). The jester hat is also cute.

I like Mirror. Same jester hat, but more magical. Also, the dash attack is pretty boss.

Finally got a chance to play Epic Yarn. Finished the first two worlds— the gameplay is really smooth, and there are all sorts of little details that make the game even more awesome and/or adorable. Needless to say, I am not disappoint.

One such detail I love is that they specifically say that the Waddle Dees are fakes, so that you feel no guilt in slaughtering them.

I still could never kill the two ones who were sleeping with a heart above them though. It was just too cute! =0

I avoid hurting Waddle Dees unless I have to anyway. They're harmless, so I feel bad.

But I'm pretty sure I'm allowed to legally disown anyone who kills the Sleep Cute 'Dees.

[up][up] I grabbed one of them, and then I noticed the heart above them. If I remember correctly, I set my almost-victim down gently and backed off.

In the beginning I used to kill the Waddle Dees, before I realized that, unlike the rest of the series, they were completely harmless here.

Then I started to feel bad about it.

I typically go for the Waddle Dees if:

- They're an active threat (spears, bow/arrows, etc.)
- I'm plowing through every enemy in my path, and they happen to be part of that group.

They said the new(est) Kirby they previewed is in line with the Dream Land series. Does that mean the return of Dark Matter (and quite possibly Adeleine)?

Since Kirby64 was my first Kirby game and I assumed all Waddle Dees were good guys I avoid harming them.

Which reminds me, we need more games like Kirby64 as in they have combo abilities. I loved combo powers!

Also, my favorite forms have been Cupid, UFO, and Wheel from the Cursed Mirror game, which was lots of fun, albeit a little frustrating.

I know I'd love the return of Dark Matter.

My favorite title has to be this very obscure DS game that was overshadowed by Squeak Squad and Canvas Curse. It's a little tidbit I like to call Kirby Super Star Ultra. It's a New Game Plus of Kirby Super Star. Despite its relative obscurity, you should really try it. Great game.

Super Star Ultra was the most popular of those over here...

Also, I think an Updated Re Release is a better trope for that.

Galactica Knight kept stopping me from getting to Marx Soul, so no 100% for me. Though honestly I blame the Wham Bams.

You face Galacta Knight as Meta Knight, guise. Y'know, the same Meta Knight that can self-heal, can use Mach Tornado (which pretty much pwns all bosses) and can fly better than Kirby (can execute most normal attacks while flying, whereas Kirby can only use a weak air burst).

... Dude, have you forgotten that you fight Galacta Knight as Kirby in The True Arena?
