I'm such a loser that I can't beat Soul Melter with or without helpers. I'd need, like, three other players to help.
It's tough, and the boss design is really poor in Star Allies since they're designed in mind with there being 4 characters on the screen most of the time.
So don't beat yourself over it too much.
Just try spamming moves with I-Frames, like using Marx and his air moves. And partner up with three other Marx.
I'm trying to spam Magolor's Ultra Sword due to his I-Frames and high damage but I keep accidentally throwing Gem Apples. It would be funny if I wasn't yearning to Play as Kirb.
Yiggy woods is pretty hard when you're playing as magalor.
I also tried the 3 mage generals. Again, I have trouble pulling off their really big moves.
"And not only that, but in the pause screen text from the JP version, it's outright stated that this Void entity is the progenitor of not only darkness - but light, as well, meaning that it is responsible for the creation of... well, everything. When Kirby finally defeated him, Kirby essentially punched out his series' God."
Source or this didn't happen
It doesn't matter whether or not something is capital G God or not. Kirby will still punch it (quite literally if you use the fighter ability). Oh? You created the universe? Well guess what! You disturbed my picnic and took over my planet! You're not escaping this alive! *angry Kirby Face*

This is what I get from Void's pause screen description: "この戦いを終え··· あの星羅を超え··· ニルは、ゆっくりと 次の時代へ歩みだす。蹂躙する術しか 知らぬ彼も、いつしか 穏やかな春風に 包まれながら、彼方楽園に舞い降り、心を知る。 そこでは、じゆうにとぶ。ゴハンもたべる。おひるねもする。 ずっと むかしみた、あの ゆめも みるのかもしれない。そう······ ともと であう、あの ゆめを——！" When I tried to translate it, the gist of it is similar to the one used in the overseas version: about getting naps, food and friends...
I believe that's referencing Void Termina, True Destroyer of Worlds phase 2, technically not Void. Apparently its pause screen says something like "He was born as the origin of all chaotic possibilities, being matters of Dream, Dark, Soul, or Heart..."
I bet when Hal is gonna implement Galeem and Darkhon into Kirby like they did with Master hand and Crazy Hand in The Amazing Mirror, their gonna be connect to Void in some way.
Ya may want to specify what spoilers are there. I couldn’t tell until opening the spoiler that it was Smash Bros Ultimate: World of Light plot details.
Let's unpack this.
Dream: Dreamland. Maybe nightmare.
Dark: Dark Matter.
Soul: Soul bosses.
Heart: Friend hearts, Star Dream.
Matter: Dark Matter.
That's it. Huh. Not that big nor that hard to unpack.
What Enlong said.
Plus, you did it twice now and it's been equally annoying both times, not like hovering over the spoiler does jack shit. I've worked hard to purge my recommendations feed of Smash stuff for a reason and I'd rather you not just arbitrarily ruin that in threads unrelated to Smash.

Good news, everyone! Thanks to an old Nintendo Power ish I found out what Kirby is made of!
Is Kirby really made of marshmallow?
-Cliff Campbell, Gratz, PA
NP: Rumor has it that Kirby is made of a mysterious substance called “Kirbyite” that allows him to keep inhaling and exhaling for hours without hyperventilating.
Nintendo Power Volume 74, July 1995
He's shaped like a friend.
I wonder if you could use Kirbyite in cooking...
Nintendo consoles are made of Kirbyite which is why they can survive almost anything.
"Nintendium" was always a Red Herring, Kirbyite's where it's really at.

This might be more of a rant than anything, but... aren't someone being (for lack of a better word) too zealous here?
Even if the sections are saying the truth I can't help but try to question them.
I'd at least buy onto the thought that the extra modes and such take place in an Alternate Universe, but both the thought of "extra modes ain't canon!" and "extra modes are canon!" are really strongly pushed around.
Galaxta Knight was sealed outside of time.
Edit: Or, at least, I'm pretty sure that's what it said.

Kirby's Extra Epic Yarn releases March 8th.
Just before my birthday! Nice!
Wonder what they'll add to the remake? I really enjoyed the original as a fun but relazing platformer to laze through, so I hope they keep that tone throughout. I do wonder how the graphics will look on the 3ds. I hope somehow they're be able to render the textures well enough for the screen.
I never actually played the original, so this will be a first for me. Same with New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe.
A lot of people don't like it but I think it was fun. Also, I'm biased. It was my first Kirby game even if it wasn't technically a "Kirby" Game.
