New PTC strip.
Not sure that Ramona ought to be encouraging that rage; Tranquil Fury is better for a person's physical and emotional health. And it seems to me that Jung is being meaner in this comic than we've seen him before/
New SotR strip.
Frankly, Eva is twirling that stick-on moustache so hard it's going to come unglued.
New Ma3 strip.
Okay, so now Zadie isn't excessively smart. Or maybe she just has a thing for 19-year-olds.
Can't see these two working as a couple, though, unless she's really, really into acting as a mother figure. Though for that matter, I could say exactly the same about Gary and Peggy.
= Spindriver =(Unless I’m doing Zadie an injustice. We’ve already seen that she can be a tiny bit manipulative; suppose her intention here is to drink her smoothie, flutter her eyelashes a little bit — and acquire herself a reliable slavish ally in any office politics and a source of background gossip on the boss and her paramour?)

Some notes:
1. Raymond is, we discover, another instance of Giz's Generic Attractive Blond Guy.
2. It appeared to me in the previous strip that Aaron and Zadie were heading out the street door. Now, Aaron could have said at any moment "Oops, excuse me while I change" and stepped back for the purpose, but then that would have left Zadie standing around the shop for a few minutes, in which time I'd have expected Jung and Ramona to go a bit what-the-hell at her. I guess he just has magic costume change powers. Maybe he learned something from reading all those superhero comics.
3. Raymond may have a type. But Giz tends to revert to a set of habits when dashing off new minor characters (no, I doubt that Raymond is actually related to Dillon or James), so it may not mean anything.
= Spindriver =Even though I'm just reading SOTR, ami wanted to thank you for keeping up with sharing these.
The sad, REAL American dichotomyNo problem.
Talking of which — new SotR strip.
Apparently the comic still has some twists to work through before it ends.
Honestly? At this point, fuck Marie. She thought she was entitled to a guy despite never conveying her feelings for him and took his struggles with his sexuality as a personal commentary on her, she resented having to work hard instead of taking the easy way out, and it took the barest minimum of prodding to turn her into an abusive diva. (She was willing to smack around the two asshole stylists on the same day that she met Eva.)
Why are we supposed to care about whether this character stays face or not, again?
Does anyone actually read these?I don't recall ever seeing it that way, and you make valid points, but I'm not going to verify she was always shitty because I don't need more unlikeable characters in the series I consume. So long as the series is wrapping up soon. If not, I may dwell on it more and it'd sour my taste in the series.
The sad, REAL American dichotomyAnother new SotR strip.
Eisu's day job must be very quiet right now.
Eva has definitely levelled up as a villain lately. She's looking all cool and competent these days — and thus making Zoé look like a hysterical buffoon. I mean, insert sarcastic remarks about door handles here. Pushing opponents into predicatble Big Word Shout/Say My Name mode usually means that you're winning.

= Spindriver =A remark about being unhinged might be better.
I think it's about time for a dramatic reveal?
The sad, REAL American dichotomyZoe is secretly Marie's mother!?
Creed of the Happy Pessimist:Always expect the worst. Then, when it happens, it was only what you expected. All else is a happy surprise.New Ma3 strip.
And Zadie's IQ plunges by the frame, while her behaviour towards Aaron makes her into something of a Jerkass.
Nope, British, supposedly. "Give a toss" is only mildly stereotypical by her standards. She goes full Dick van Dyke on some (embarrassing) occasions.

New SotR strip.
Well, what did she expect?

One feels that there’s a whole lot of detail being elided here.
