Smoking a cigar is reserved for special occasions, like the end of a deployment or a poker game.

For the record, Scrye. There are non-menthol Newports.
It's just that one has to win the lottery to find them.

Another "Wonder if anyone on the internet can help me figure out something my dad wants to know" post.
My dad used to smoke Viceroys up north, and eventually moved down here to Florida where he smokes 305s. He finds that different brands taste differently, but ultimately there's basically 5 or 6 different flavors. Or something.
We're moving back up north in a couple months, and he wants me to figure out what brand of cigarette he'll need to be smoking up north-a discount brand, but something that smokes similar to his old Viceroys or the 305s. Anyone know anything?
