Several of the powers of the Sun purview availible from the Heroic grade on allow the Scion to "create sunlight". Would this effect vampires in the same way as natural sunlight does, do you think? Yes, it should. They're not so much creating a light, as channelling the fire of the Sun.
Now, I know Scions would be impervious to the Lunacy of werewolves, but what about the Disquiet of prometheans? IMO, this would depend on the Scion's Legend score. Once they hit the Demigod level, then I'd grant immunity; otherwise a resistance roll of some kind, with the option to spend Legend to ignore. Also, consider how many myths revolve around gods or godlings creating beings (such as Pygmalion).
That’s the epitome of privilege right there, not considering armed nazis a threat to your life. - Silasw
Note: I am only vaguely familiar with Wo D stuff, and slightly better with Scion.

Technically, the books say it's entirely okay if one makes all supernaturals immune to disquiet to make crossovers easier.
Promethean "scions" can see prometheans for what they are, and aren't affected by disquiet so I say if you decide that pyros is a manifestation of legend than I'd say its fine to make them specifically immune to disquiet.
Even if you decide otherwise, disquiet doesn't trump emotion manipulating powers. For example, a scion with mega-socials could convince people that a promethean is the belle of the ball, reversing disquiet.

I've acquired pretty much the entire foundation of The World Of Darkness, and I've recently acquired the start of Scion... and I must say, I'm loving it. But my deviant mind is already plaguing me with thoughts of crossing the two verses over some how — perhaps the Scions discover that the World of Darkness exists on the "flipside" of reality, whatever — but there are some elements I'm unsure of. Okay, honestly, I'm unsure of a lot of things, including where I left my dried frog pills this morning, but there are a few particular elements I'd like to get the opinions of people on.

Now, I know Scions would be impervious to the Lunacy of werewolves, but what about the Disquiet of prometheans? I know all existing supernals in the World of Darkness are basically affected by it, but the reason is because prometheans are powered by Azoth, a form of "the divine fire", or Pyros. That Azoth reacts negatively with the souls of the other native Supernals - changelings may have had part of their soul stolen by The Fair Folk and vampires may only have the ghosts of souls left, but they still have souls. Scions, however, are godlings — divine ichor pumps through their veins from their conception, and if they grow strong enough, they can ascend from mere Heroes to fully fledged Gods in their own right. Wouldn't that technically make them immune to Disquiet? They couldn't transmute a promethean's Azoth into a soul for them, but they would not be driven to regard the promethean as inherently repellent.
