If possible, the site owners should hire the lawyer who defended the creator of "Glenn Beck Raped and Murdered a Young Girl in 1990.com" to help them out. That guy was amazing.

Isn't comedy covered under free speach?

Comedy largely only has protection up until the point where someone with a lot of money gets upset and tries to bankrupt the comedian via legal proceedings. The precedent of court rulings doesn't actually matter if it's too financially burdensome to go to court in the first place.

Furthermore, I think Guantanamo must be destroyed.
