That is cool, but the first image doesn't say "moron" I don't think... better second but worse first. Hm, thinking about it, it's okay. But the second picture is fanart, is there something else to use?
edit: Also, uh, is the page quote wrong? It seems like it's describing a big guy who turns out to be smart, not a fool who turns out to be badass.

Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.I think "Moron" is a lightly used term to describe The Ditz or Cloud Cuckoo Lander as opposed to someone genuinely stupid (although GIR technically is on more of the insane side of stupidity), hence the overly crazed happy look.
Here's another Before image of him as a squirrel [1]

The whole quotes page is pretty weak too. Everything is What Do You Mean, It's Not Awesome?.

Here are those two frames. The right/"badass" frame is fanart, tho, sort of uncool to cut up and use without asking... do you mind asking? It's by animetist at deviantart.

Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.Nicely done Rodney. I liked the Before images with the After, since it has that nice Blue-Red contrast, but here are some official pictures of GIR from the show [1]

It must be pretty old. Though I remember it worked well; no idea why it was removed (probably Fan Myopia).
I remember the Sokka one. It may not have been ideal, but it was better than the current picture.
And I don't think fanart should be used, because in that case, it's not an example on the actual show.
well they're both fan art images, so I'll go get the approval first

Actually, that one fan art image of Gir was really based off an image from the show [1]
For actual screencaps, though, how about these two of GIR [2]

You are displaying abnormally high compulsions to over-analyze works of fiction and media. Diagnosis: TV Tropes Addiction. There's Nagasumi from Seto No Hanayome. That would be pretty hard to picture, though. I'll see what I can dig up.
Looks kind of like Superpowered Evil Side since his eyes change color. It's not necessarily the same "character", as it were.
Edit: Nevermind, this appears to be a supertrope of that. I was confused by the name and the previous picture.

Me neither. It's hard to make out the weapons in the second one.
Fight. Struggle. Endure. Suffer. LIVE.[1]

Then this one as a first pic? (I cant find a pic of master roshi being perverted of decent quality. Outside of Lovable Sex Maniac)

Sparkling and glittering! Jan-Ken-Pon!This trope and Old Master aren't mutually exclusive, so it shouldn't be a big deal if the image overlaps.

That's not really "Moronic" or "Ditzy" or even that foolish. Just vaguely silly, he could be Obfuscating Stupidity.
Second image does an even worse example of serving a contrast. He's just reading a magazine and laughing, something I certainly can't protest against doing.

Crown Description:
Nominations for replacement images:

I have a very high tolerance, usually, when it comes to page images but the current image for Crouching Moron, Hidden Badass is terrible. Yeah, I get the idea that Ron Stoppable is pretty pathetic in the first picture, but how exactly is he Bad Ass at all in the second image? If anything, he just comes off a being completely goofy.
If we're going with a Before/After images, I propose these two of GIR in Regular Mode
