Mifuyu is a rich girl. Everything about her life is dictated by her parents, who are kimono tailors (pretty much an old money profession). She even consider "being arranged to marry when she was 17" as good enough when her fiancee is nice and polite one time they met. She made the contract when she was 12 because while she wanted to be free to play and all things kids want, she still didn't understand what she's going to do with 'being free' and she didn't want to abandon her parents. So she wish to be free in her dream, where her freedom won't hurt anyone. Every times she dreams, she hypnotizes herself to have those kind of dreams.
Given that one year ago she run away from home, she definitely regretted that.

I like to imagine a scenario where Kyubey the magical girl he's trying to contract convinces him to defer the details of the contract to her attorney, and they end up negotiating for an absurdly long period of time on every last detail of it, a la SCP-738
.
I find if unlikely, considering that their response fo a system that requires them to work longer to get said energy is the movie.
So they get Homuricifer as compensation for their greed and sloth. A very human desire for supposedly logical beings with no emotions.

Every accusation by the GOP is ALWAYS a confession.Finding out it was her love for Madoka that twisted her soul gem and made Homura into what she is is indeed the exact moment he realized relying on human emotions was too dangerous.
But that realization came too late and now the Incubators pay the price for playing with something that was always beyond their control.

Every accusation by the GOP is ALWAYS a confession.Frankly, the contracts were unlikely to be legally binding in the first place due to the likely lack of care the alien weals have for human law. Their terms (which seems to be along the lines of "get wish granted, then metamorphose into an Eldritch Abomination later") are more on a metaphysically binding note.
On a different premise I had found myself with someone of a plot bunny of sorts regarding a crossover/fusion fic-esque premise of sorts between Magia Record and Fire Emblem Heroes, the latter's isekai premise seems pretty suited to crossovers within and beyond its franchise. But some of my ideas on the specific crossover seem rather ...far out.

So what, Breidablik summons meguca instead of Heroes? I can dig it. The FEH weapons system doesn't really have a way to account for punchy characters like Akira or Kokoro, though.

While I'd certainly assume all those contracts with minors are illegal as shit, it doesn't actually matter? Ain't no court of law can make you stop being a rock.
So they get Homuricifer as compensation for their greed and sloth. A very human desire for supposedly logical beings with no emotions.
Just to be clear both "Kyubey negotiates with a lawyer" and "Kyubey gets sued" are based on Rule of Funny and nothing more.
Not quite, the general (and vague) gist of my crossover idea is....gonna be put in a folder to hide spoilers for those that have just started the anime
- Iroha and Yachyo finding themselves in Zenith somewhere during their rumor extermination spree in chapter 7 (which means that Tsuruno, Sana and Felecia would be at the mercy of the Wings of the Magius, and it also means that the two heroines were recently made privy to the nature of Puella Magi and Witches), and the former becoming the Order of Heroes' Summoner (after meeting Anna, Alfonse and Sharena and everyone explaining their circumstances)
- From there the events of Ch 7 (Magia Record) and Books 1 and 2 (FEH) play out in sequence, in which the group find out that other Puella Magi (and Witches, and Uwasa) were isekai'd along with Iroha and Yachiyo, and that the Wings of the Magius quickly adapted by aiding the local Empire of Embla (like the FE multiverse were strangers to cults
). Needless to say this adds several wrinkles to Iroha's plans to save her friends and find Ui. But she eventually adjusts to the current situation.
- By Book's 1's end, after a meeting with a certain masked stranger, Felecia and Sana take the first chance they get to reunite with Iroha and Yachiyo. Setting up for Book 2 (in which Fjorm joins the Order of Heroes) and remainder of the events of Ch. 7.
- The rest of MR's story up to (but not including) the clash with Walpurgisnacht will coincide with Book 3 (which means that Tsuruno and Eir join up after Surtr's defeat) with a general premise of the Magius collaborating with Death herself, Hel.
- Last leg would be a set-up for the Puella Magi to return to Kamihara to defend from Walpurgisnacht. As well as the resulting battle.
A few subplots would include Yachiyo and Iroha's team adapting to the new worlds (the Witchesand suc being made public knowledge is kinda mixed bag on that end), Madoka's group (sans Mami) helping a different masked stranger with the Tempests and conflicts and chance meeteings between Iroha and several people who also have long lost sisters.
Unrelated question. Is there an ETA on that tutorial 4* ticket? I'm starting to fear that I've missed my chance at it.

2. Not sure it's a good idea to be talking about your forgotten past and Baby Kyubey to to Kyubey Iroha. That thing takes advantage of everything. Feels like Ui wished to be forgotten, since I don't see how wishing for her disease to be cured links to her disappearance. Also feels a little weird that Ui went to a hospital in a different city, but maybe it was the closest place with a treatment. Of the new trio, Momoko is cool, Rena is a petty jerk, and Kaede is an idiot. They'll be fun to follow. The Chain Monster rumor is really specific. How does that even start? Really like that there's a counseling center/hospital for magical girls. Overall more setup than anything else, but still interesting setup.
I'm reading Episode 2's cast to see if my suspicion is correct; yes, it is - Ren is voiced by Yuka Ozaki. But it also spits out a pretty neat trivia. The Rumors are voiced by people from Banyuin Ryouku theater troupe, by the order of appearance; Rie Inoo, Mizuho Kinoshita, Haruka Mitsumata, and Hiroshi Imamura. This are some pretty big theater names; Inoo played the original Sadako from Ring 1-2 while Kinoshita was the one who crawls out of that well. Both are in Utena's stage adaptation.

Edit: Pagetoppers, ugh
