x5 Yep. Every time a thread appears on /a/, the phrase "Country Wars" usually appears.
That's technically true, but light novel production costs are minimal, so even with a minimal readership, the plot can be lengthened for several years, and the set up makes it very clear that the writer doesn't intend to pick a main girl until then.
So, no subs yet, but let me tide you over with this video
.
Watch till the very end.

Sparkling and glittering! Jan-Ken-Pon!So, in this episode we learn that maybe Germany has a Dark and Troubled Past. Also, more French fanservice, and Houki gets some screentime
Too bad we didn't see Laura's transformation...
And I think that transformation scene was them showing off to Ichika.
"Every opinion that isn't mine is subjected to Your Mileage May Vary."Charles' voice is total Audio Erotica.
"No, the Singularity will not happen. Computation is hard." -Happy EntBut...France is SO 2nd generation.
"Every opinion that isn't mine is subjected to Your Mileage May Vary."The only good part about this show is the hilariously homoerotic (yet still totally straight!) romance between Ichika and Charuru. Why in the world would you root for the other girls? This is a match made in heaven.
Also Laura apparently thinks she's in Freezing, and she's still not interesting.
True dat. He's blushed more around Charles than any other girl. That changing-clothes scene was painfully forced, but hey, Fanservice must be given.
Anyway, all hail France!
It is not just you
, though you put it better than did (mine is under the spoiler).
The whole point of the tournament is to show how powerful/skillful the pilots are and secure funding/cooperation from all around the world. It would be more surprising it they didn't let her participate.

What gets to me is the sudden change to team matches. I guess I can understand doing that, but to do it the day before the tournament? And have partners chosen by lots the day of? How do they expect to get good results when a number of the partners are working together for the first time? Not to mention the handicap pares in "generic" IS have when compared to the pairs that have personal third-generation IS. One-on-one that sort of disadvantage could be expected to be overcome with skill, but not when it is two-on-two and no/little time to coordinate and develop strategies.

Yu hav nat sein bod speeling unntil know. (cacke four undersandig tis)the cake is a lie!One proper reason why the author / makers of IS made this a dual fight tournament, is because two on one is the only way of nullifying Laura's Annoying Incoming Canceller
That's what I postulate
What profit is it to a man, when he gains his money, but loses his internet? Anonymous 16:26 I believe......I've never heard the word "wash" use like this before...some sort of american expression?
And what's wrong with some characters having their personal units?
