I've been waited for chapter 405 forever.
Well, since Halloween, but I want to continue, damn it!
They're currently up to Capter 409 at a rate of 2 chapters per day (until they run out of Vol 37 chapters, I think), while translating the Black and White chapters.
...
Why am I never on the up to date sites?
Edit: Huh, seems the list was updated in the two days I didn't check in...

Really enjoyed this when I found it surfing around one day, though eventually stopped when I hit gold and silver because I just found Gold to be a smug jerk... had trouble rooting for him. But I recently picked up a few of the graphic novels... I really wish the anime was this entertaining, not that I didn't enjoy it when I was younger but when I compare the two media I just can't help but think the Manga does a better job filling that feeling of what it's like to play the game.
Beyond human sight and science!Has Black and White been translated into English yet? I want to see that Mijumaru raep face when it starts hitting Pokabu and Tsutarja with its shell.
And yes, the misspelling of "rape" was intentional.

That is the face of a man who just ate a kitten. Raw.Oshawott rapeface?? I've got to pick this series up. Where can I read it?
I couldn't conceive a dream so wet; your bongos make me congo.Well I saw it on Pokemon's funny page. I haven't even read the manga in a while.

I couldn't conceive a dream so wet; your bongos make me congo.[THREAD NECROMANCY AND DOUBLEPOST]
So when does Cheren show up in Special? And Bianca? Because I read the first few chapters a while ago and there was no sign of them. (Or it might not have been Special; there's too many Pokemanga to keep track of :/)
I couldn't conceive a dream so wet; your bongos make me congo.Never mind, completely wrong person I'm thinking of.

If it helps, the one I was reading had Black gaining psychic powers by having Munna gnaw on his head... if that wasn't Special, which one was I reading?

I couldn't conceive a dream so wet; your bongos make me congo.I don't know. I honestly confused Cheren with Charon (I think that's his name anyway... the evil Galactic scientist guy >.>)
Could you be referring to Pokemon Special: Black & White. Apparently, Pokemon Special has several different arcs serialized in parallel in a few different magazines, so the exact numbering for the BW arc is unknown. Hence, this is registered under a completely new series.

This series has Black & White as the main protagonists.
Yeah, that's what I was reading. And... that's confusing and irritating and I want my Cheren. >:| And Bianca, too, for that matter.
I couldn't conceive a dream so wet; your bongos make me congo.Cheren and Bianca show up later in a flashback of Black's on how he got started on his journey. The chapters with this in it haven't been translated online yet, though.
though eventually stopped when I hit gold and silver because I just found Gold to be a smug jerk... had trouble rooting for him
You think Gold was a smug jerk? The male protagonist who followed, Ruby, was actually worse in this regard...and two arcs later, Emerald was even worse! I'll take Gold over either of them.

Oh, okay then. -sits down, waits patiently-
I couldn't conceive a dream so wet; your bongos make me congo.Necroing because this thing is awesome. Late to the Party, currently at the climax of the Yellow Arc.
iM@S archive of materials.I've been stuck somewhere at the Platinum arc for a while, waiting for updates.
Eh, I'm just waiting for Viz to release the next few volumes, but I'm enjoying the manga so far, I'm up to the Gold and Silver arc. This has definitely got to be one of my favourite adaptions of the Pokemon franchise.
We renamed the pool of life after there were some drownings. This has definitely got to be one of my favourite adaptions of the Pokemon franchise.
Mine too!
Though I have to say, I really have not liked what I've seen of the BW arc thus far and think the manga may have Jumped the Shark. I don't know why; maybe it's because the games themselves just did such a good job on the story and so far, the manga just seems to be imitating it but with an obnoxious Idiot Hero protagonist (Black). I think I actually prefer the anime this time for doing something different in Unova, and this is the first time in the history of Pokemon that I've ever prefered the anime over this manga!

Where are you guys reading the manga at? I used to read it on One Manga, I think it was, but they got shut down. So I haven't been able to read anything past Yellow's arc, really.
It's available on the site called Manga Reader.
And the translation is good/decent? One Manga's seemed to be really good.
Are you sure you are being fair? I haven't read any chapter of this arc yet (I am waiting for the tankobon version) but aren't the chapters currently a huge mess? As far I know the few chapters out there are unconnected and each one at a different point of the story. I doubt you can really feel how the story is like that. I would suggest you to just wait for them to be properly organized (sure, it will take quite a while, but still).

Damn, old thread got purged.
So, anyone else following this? It's probably my favorite shounen manga right now and one of the few that I'm following.
Translated chapters are nearing the end of the Diamond and Pearl arc. Gotta admit, I had my doubts when the new trio was introduced, but I loved watching them grow from amateurs to suitably badass Pokedex Holders.
