"N- no? It's nothing like ''that!
[forum cryptid: it/it's]"Is there any way we can figure out what this is?" Riley asked, turning towards everyone and noticed Daydre sneaking away.
what do you mean I didn't win, I ate more wet t-shirts than anyone else“Don’t look at me, I dunno what that is, and the only person who could said they don’t. Unless one of the people here is an esoteric languages expert.”
Daydre freezes like a deer in headlights.
"N-nope. Not me. I barely speak English."
off the shits"It's English. Erin replied bluntly, tearing a page down from the wall behind the door and holding it up.
[forum cryptid: it/it's]"Your room's dark, cut us some slack. It's like a nineties comic book in there."
"I'm not- no, forget it."
She looked back into the room but kept the lights off, remaining firmly in place and blocking the entrance.
[forum cryptid: it/it's]Daydre quits escaping for a second and attempts to read the page Erin held up.
off the shits-it's...total nonsense. pretty, total nonsense, but it almost seems stream of conscious, were it not for the lack of a stream-
[forum cryptid: it/it's][Aquarius is still standing in the doorway, still feeling like he shouldn't have asked his question earlier. He didn't even get an answer that made sense, but with how Erin was acting he felt like he was better off not getting one.]

Daydre tries to see if he can make out any common themes or words... Letters? Anything, really.
off the shits-Nah, just...random words-
-It's disconcerting but nothing malicious-
[forum cryptid: it/it's]Daydre frowns.
.. Still worrying, but at least it's not some world ending prophecy type stuff...? Or maybe this is more worrying..
off the shitsTeddy shrugs, "Well, it's certainly a thing, at any rate."
Living Room
Teddy is currently occupying the whole of one of the couches, reading a book.

Living Room
erin felt their way from the hall into the living room, and entered it cautiously, feeling out the mood of the place.
[forum cryptid: it/it's]Living Room
Given the only person there is silently reading, the current atmosphere is very peaceful. She sets her book down open on her chest to see who just entered the room.
"Hello, erin."
Living Room
"Good- morning." they replied, looking around.
"It's been quiet."
[forum cryptid: it/it's]Living Room
She lifts her head off the arm of the couch and nods, "Very quiet. I'm not sure what to make of it."
Living Room
"I don't much mind it. It's been nice."
[forum cryptid: it/it's]Living Room
"You also spend most of your time locked away," she said lightly, "I imagine it's quieter in there."
Living Room
"...Yeah...How did you know that?"
[forum cryptid: it/it's]Living Room
"Uff," she responded as she shifted into a sitting position, "Same house. I've just noticed people's patterns over time, y'know?"
Living Room
"It's that obvious, huh?"
[forum cryptid: it/it's]
Teddy also walks up to the door, leaning slightly against the frame as she observes the walls, “I’m not gonna have to bring you all to the asylum after reading this script, right? We’re not going to become cultists summoning horrors from beyond the stars?”
