In this chapter we also learn how to put a leash on Urek. But man, what a monster.

So even in an arc where several high rankers are running around actively doing stuff, Urek has to be restricted to 5% of his power to prevent him from breaking the plot.

Then you have the mere sight of Enryu granting people with superpowers. The top of the Tower are insane.

Random thought: Urek likes the idea of saving damsels, right? And, Rachel just loves using damselling as her... thing.

I like that Rak and Khun got power-ups and in the wave control field. Looks like anyone without wave control is handicapped.

It was mentioned right at the beginning that your Shinsoo resistance is like your most important ability (Ship Leesoo nearly failed because of it). And since everybody has that (and "supernatural" abilities are getting more and more common the higher you go up) it was no suprise.

Well, certainly not a surprise. More like about damn time! The power levels in the Tower make me question the purpose of it all sometimes. The whole system there looks like an elaborate Rube Goldberg Device to promote misery.

Also, Jahad's orders will cause a lot of fun.

But, since when has that golden-eyed bastard's orders not led to misery for all concerned?

Yeah, he is confirmed to have stopped thousands, if not millions from actually climbing he tower (every single ranker, as an example. The only one who he did not do that too is Phantamimum).

Good luck animating the past couple of arcs, folks.

That's a lot of eye-and-wrist strain to pass around.

The anime's artstyle looks… odd. Kinda polished yet weirdly simplistic at the same time.
