So I got a Soundcloud
. It currently has only 3 songs in it, all of which are "mashups"^ I made two years ago.
^I may be using it incorrectly here, as all three are just various versions of each song put together.
Don't stop, just proceed, 'cause this is what you need-proceed, just proceed, 'cause this is what you need!I covered an old electronic piece from the 80s.
I'm starting to learn piano. I was quite good at playing the cello a long time ago (around 13 years), so I'm not a complete beginner when it comes to music theory, but there's a lot of relearning going on. And, of course, when it comes to actually putting my fingers on the keys and making the sounds I want to make, I'm a total knob. But I'm getting better, slowly. Ultimately I'd like to start writing music/arranging existing pieces for the piano.
So, you know... maybe in like 5 years I'll start posting recordings. <_<
But in the meantime I thought I'd drop in and hang with the cool kids who can actually already make music.

Wrote this a while ago for school. I don't really like how some of the drum sounds ended up, but I think the song overall is pretty good, if short.

."Azzxel F"
: Fooling around with the Beverly Hills Cop theme and "Azz Everywhere" by Big Freedia. I've remixed/mashed up "Azz Everywhere" three times - I have this goofy idea of eventually making an album's worth of versions of this one song and calling it "Mazzh Ups".

"Caroushell"
. The "Mazzh Up" album idea is on the back-burner for now, as I've decided to start on another idea I've had for a while - an album of Miniscule Rocking (or "miniscule experimental electronic music-ing"?), where all the tracks are under a minute in length. This is the first track I've finished for that. It's entirely built around Sampling - the bass is a single pitch-shifted note from the beginning of Nena's "99 Luftballons" note just and the organ is a recording of a broken down calliope sampled in a similar way. Also, I can't decide if that title is too cheesy or not cheesy enough - it does fit my recurring habit of titling songs like horror B-Movies.

Here's me and my band butchering songs by
The Modern Lovers and Camper Van Beethoven. I am the one singing/yelling. This was a club's holiday party last year, hence me changing some lyrics to "Take The Skinheads Bowling" to be Christmas-related ("I had a dream, I wanted to trim your tree" for instance).

Hey, everybody. What's new?
Finally have Logic set up. Planning on dropping an album this year, but I have no idea when. What I do know: There will be exotic tuning, distorted synthesisers, some death growls, and a whole lot of echo; and it may well be on the order of two hours long.
Namaste, folkles.
I'll hide your name inside a word and paint your eyes with false perception. From a new vaporwave album I'm working on.

Man, you're prolific.
No regret shall pass over the threshold!
