Are the new voice actors just as hilariously bad? Or is this a case of I Liked It Better When It Sucked?

Judging from You Tube videos of the original game, he did a great job sounding like the original voices. You can tell a slight difference in, say, his voice as Magneto, but he says the same hilarious lines with the same hilarious inflection.

The X-Men arcade game got released on PSN and X Box Live. Unlike with, say, an emulator, this version lets you play online and join random games IN PROGRESS, so there's no "wait for someone to host a game and then join, and it's just the two of you" nonsense like in so many other online games. I managed to hop into a 5-player game that was in the 4th level, instantly turning it into a 6-player one, and we beat the game together as a group.
It's mindless, but a lot of fun with a group.
From what I read, they apparently had to re-record all the dialog with new actors, but intentionally kept in all the corny lines. "Come, X-chicken!" "X-Men, welcome... TO DIE!" "I am Magneto, master of magnet! (Evil Laugh)" My brother and I were cracking up at Magneto's lines during the final boss fight.
One question: how come there's no works page for this?
