I know this subject has been absolutely run into the ground several times and that I'm probably becoming something of a Single-Issue Wonk regarding it, but I love how Fast Eddie's page has a note about how the wiki is "going where it's going" when a fair few admin fiat decisions have been based on the fact that the aforementioned admin wants something that the community doesn't.

Not expecting any serious discussion or ranting on this, just throwing something out into the wild to see if anyone else finds it humorous.

(And I fully admit that not all admin fiat is bad. The Troper Tales pages for Brother–Sister Incest and Parental Incest legitimately needed to be added to the Permanent Red Link Club, for example.)

Any specific examples to talk about? Any stance you want to take? Any argument you would like to try to prove or disprove?

I don't understand the purpose of this thread, otherwise.

...what are we meant to be discussing?

Locking this thread for pointlessness. Sean, if you want to do something besides vague complaining, please by all means do so.
