Concept art from Rapunzel I MEAN TANGLED.
She looks less like a girl that's been stuck in a tower for all her life and more like a girl who's been out on the streets all her life.

No.... My little cousin might like it. She likes stuff like that.
Dammit, I need to quit letting my stereotypically gay habits become common knowledge.
The biggest project I've done is a full set of jedi robes, tunic, and breeches.

Feminist in the streets, sex slave in the sheetsArrow: Well, if you're doing both layers I'd just take a basic t-shirt, rip out all the seams, trace the pieces, lengthen the sleeves, and modify the collar.
For the dress I think I would just use a v-neck bodice with a sloping front
◊, and a basic circle skirt
to go under it.
Ivy: Pretty much, yeah.

I have a leather jacket, but I usually wear brown / black greatcoats. With goggles.
The 5 geek social fallacies. Know them well.@inane: I like your style.
@ties: they sort of work, unless you're really skinny. Being really skinny, I go with a Western-style slide tie. Just pick a decoration that isn't too smarmy and you're all good.
If I were to write some of the strange things that come under my eyes they would not be believed. ~Cora M. Strayer~Currently wearing an old cold-war era garrison uniform tunic. OG-507 pattern. Comfortable and durable, and it still has the creases in the sleeves from when some guy used to iron it decades ago.
I had the matching trousers for it some time ago, but got paint on them.
So yeah, Olive Drab and black, my two favorite colors.
Happiness is zero-gee with a sinus cold.

A fine choice, mate.
Once finals are over I am making this
◊ dress
◊, but purple and unstriped and probably shorter... actually I just like those beady-type circle bits on the straps.
