Matrix: you know you can only have on neck slot item, right? Chronocharms are an exception to the rule, they all count as one item.
Also: you can probably dumb the brooch of stability, since you can just use Prophecy points to do the same thing.

"Coffee! Coffeecoffeecoffee! Coffee! Not as strong as Meth-amphetamine, but it lets you keep your teeth!"Also, all of you should have Identification Papers on your item list (unless there's an in-character reason not to), since they're good to have around and they're well within your price range. Additionally, those of you who aren't living in Breland should have Travel Papers, though you should probably wait to define the exact nature of the Travel Papers until shortly before the campaign begins. The costs and descriptions are on 121-123 of the setting guide.

I'm bad, and that's good. I will never be good, and that's not bad. There's no one I'd rather be than me.Any of my fellow Sharn-ites got a spare 500g laying about? We might do well with a Letter of Marque.
At least if we're going to end up in Xen'Drik. though that may be a side quest Arimeye were planning on. so I don't know.
Also Arim: How are we handling my spells? The Wizard spell rules have become something akin to a COMPLETE MESS by the sheer number of splat books, what with the "you know all 0 level spells" and the "Each spell takes up 1 page minimum, 100 pages per book". There HAS to be nearly 100 Cantrips by now. Can you give me a range of number of spells I can have "for free" that I'm assumed to have gotten over the course of the previous four levels?

"Coffee! Coffeecoffeecoffee! Coffee! Not as strong as Meth-amphetamine, but it lets you keep your teeth!"I have a question about domains; specifically, the Weather domain. It shows up in both Complete Divine and the Eberron Campaign Setting books, with different spells in each book. Do I use both lists for picking spells, or does one overrule the other?
Anyone who assigns themselves loads of character tropes is someone to be worried about.Weather Domain: Use the Eberron version.
Letter of Marque: If the quest ever sends you to Xen'drik, we will provide you with a way to obtain one before you go. You don't need to buy one now just so that you can be Crazy-Prepared.
I'm bad, and that's good. I will never be good, and that's not bad. There's no one I'd rather be than me.But my character is almost MADE of Crazy-Prepared
"Coffee! Coffeecoffeecoffee! Coffee! Not as strong as Meth-amphetamine, but it lets you keep your teeth!"Lance: Don't bother recording or keeping track of all the dozens of cantrips your character technically knows. If you want to keep descriptions handy for the ones you think you'll be using frequently, that's great, but don't burden yourself unnecessarily.
In-universe, let's just say they don't take up pages in your spellbook, because otherwise the fact that you technically know all of them becomes actively disadvantageous, which would be silly.
Well, you start with four level 1 spells known at character level 1, and then you learn two spells of any level that you can cast at each following level. So at level 4, you should know six level 1 spells and four level 2 (or lower) spells.
Edit: Just reread your original question. Are you asking whether you can have extra spells on top of this that you are presumed to have learned from scrolls before the start of the campaign?

"Coffee! Coffeecoffeecoffee! Coffee! Not as strong as Meth-amphetamine, but it lets you keep your teeth!"Little story for my ring of feather falling:
After that nasty fall where I got my palms scarred, I instantly decided that I never wanted to experience that again. The man who caught me happened to be a wizard of Morgrave University, and he helped me to a Jorasco hospital for healing. After that, I brought him to the Fizzing Flask, my friend Kessa's tavern/apothecary to buy him a drink and a nice, long conversation. Before he left, he gave me a ring and told me to put it on before I did any falling again.
(oh look now i have a connection to morgrave)
Okay, how's this, Ironeye?
- Ring of feather falling:
- After that nasty fall where I got my palms scarred, I instantly decided that I never wanted to experience that again. The man who caught me happened to be a wizard of Morgrave University, human, called Deran Hadolar. He helped me to a Jorasco hospital for healing. After that, I brought him to the Fizzing Flask, my friend Kessa's tavern/apothecary to buy him a drink and a nice, long conversation. We discussed what similarities wizards and psions have, among such things as the work done from Morgrave, and various historical topics like the ancient giant civilisation and the events leading up to the Day of Mourning. He thinks it was Karrnath sabotaging Cannith via the Order of the Emerald Claw. I guess everyone has their own theory. Before he left, he gave me a ring and told me to put it on before I did any falling again, and suggested that I talk to him at Morgrave if I need a job.
Hey, Kara, I was looking through the questions that were assigned and I noticed that one of yours—the one you gave to Ivy—got an answer that goes to a similar question, but which doesn't quite fit with the wording of the question as asked.
What about yourself are you most ashamed of? (Ivy)
I don't like to talk about it, but... when I was younger, I was cleaning in the church dormitories when I, ah... misplaced a solid gold pocket watch of Cernon Adelor's. Unfortunately, it was an enchanted object that he kept close to him in order to maintain his health; afterward, he became very, very ill. The loss of the watch caused quite a furor. I put it back as soon as I could, but the old man was never the same since. To this day, I'm not sure what possessed me to do it.If you'd like, you can write a new answer, hand the question off to one of the other players, or give the question to the GMs. I'm very interested in the answer to this question, so it won't be dropped.
I'm bad, and that's good. I will never be good, and that's not bad. There's no one I'd rather be than me.@Matrix:
"A Seer would support her allies in battle not with her weapons, but her vision. She would sift through dross of her comrades' poor tactical inclinations and examine the grim consequences. A Seer would not charge into the fray headlong but direct it as a conductor with a baton. She would have the sight to eschew the obvious gambits, and find the path to victory disguised cleverly as setback, or even imminent defeat. She would behold the fortunes of friends and foes in totality, and appraise the contrivance of luck itself. She would know its mines were not to be plundered, but simply explored and charted carefully. A true Seer would know where luck is a given, where it is absent, and most importantly, where it doesn't matter at all. And she would know victory doesn't matter in a reality where all else is doomed to fail."
So yes, a Seer of Time works well.
