And of course my comment comes in after the topic was shifted. -_-
Is Wonderful 101 a Nintendo property (this is just a general question; I'm not asking it because I think it won't be represented)? I thought it was a game invoking the spirit of Viewtiful Joe, but otherwise having nothing to do with Nintendo other than being on the Wii U.
I remember when I was younger making a Victini moveset.
I remember Searing Shot being standard B (I forget what it does) and side B being Incinerate, which destroys held items and weapons on the victim.
It's Nintendo-published, and I think it's Nintendo property too.

🏳️⚧️she/her | Vio Rhyse AlberiaThe game was developed by Platinum Games, and director Kamiya actually said during one interview regarding Bayonetta's possible conclusion (after the whole outburst on Twitter) that her inclusion is solely the Smash team's choice and he doesn't mind if they want to. The same would probably be said about the Wonderful ones.
Platinum Games made W101? I guess I'll need to add it on the list of games I'll get whenever I decide to get a Wii U then.
The game's gimmick revolves around using citizens for power doesn't it? I'm not sure how well that'd translate to Smash... Though I suppose I need to look more into the game now that I'm actually interested in it.

Apparently, there's solo segments where you play as Wonder Red alone. I'm not sure if he still has Unite Fist, but he can still do things like use an attack reflector by striking a pose and reflecting attacks off his body.
🏳️⚧️she/her | Vio Rhyse AlberiaFun fact, the initial idea was a mass of 100 Nintendo characters.
Anyway, Red could totally work. There are segments where you have to fly solo, and you keep the motions and special attacks of your particular Morph.
So, for Red:
B: Wonderful Cyclone: Wonder-Red spins on the spot, dealing blows that throw enemies out of the circle
Side B: Wonderful Stinger: Wonder-Red performs a sliding dash punch that hits multiple times.
Up B: Wonderful Rising: Wonder-Red performs a rising uppercut.
Down B: Heroic Guts: Wonder-Red performs a brief heroic pose. If he's hit with a melee blow during this time, the attack is canceled, and he enemy staggers.
Final Smash: Unite Hand: Wonder-Red calls in his team. For the duraion, his normal attacks are assited by the rest of the team, and his Smash attacks and Specials become gargantuan Unite Morphs.
Alternatively, we could have Wonder Red in play, but have him swap out with other heroes for certain attacks. Alternatively, he could simply use another hero's weapon, briefly. In this case:
B: Green Stinger: Wonder-Red pulls out Wonder-Green's gun, and performs a rapid series of shots.
Side B: White Stinger: Wonder-Red pulls out Wonder-White's claw weapon, and throws a boomeranging swirl of cold air.
Up B: Pink Grip: A tether recovery. Red uses Wonder-Pink's Beautiful Whip to grab the edge. This can also grab enemies.
Down B: Black Bomb: Red produces Wonder-Back's Time Bomb. It's heavy like a crate, and deals little damage, but a direct hit will slow the enemy to a crawl.
Dashing attack: Blue Stinger: Red pulls out Blue's Valiantium Blade and performs the Wonderful Stinger attack.
Down Smash: Yellow Crush: Red pulls out Yelow's Peta-Peta Hammer and performs a smashing attack into the ground.
The Final Smash would remain the same, except that each of those specials using a team mate would have that team-mate use the Morph.
Red's own techniques would be the rest of his A moves.
I have a message from another time...
You got powerful jaws, man, let me tell ya...
...Oh, this'll turn some heads.

According to Miiverse it's meant to be a height comparison... yep. Totally height comparison.
🏳️⚧️she/her | Vio Rhyse AlberiaActually, I didn't realize how tall Miss Fit was compared to Samus. I mean, Samus is still the tallest woman there, even if she's not standing straight up (unless the Other M suit gives Samus a slight height boast or something), but Miss Fit ain't no slouch either.
Peach looks like she's trying to measure Miss Fit's waist.

...Isn't this the point where you agree to disagree, or at least take it to PMs? It's pretty obvious at the moment that this isn't getting anywhere.
If anything, shouldn't we at least wait until another FE character aside from Marth shows up in the 4th game before we start trying to assume trends? As it stands, since I have very little knowledge of FE as a series, it sounds like both of you are right in a way (that Sakurai's choices aren't set in stone and that all the FE characters used in Smash have been main FE characters regardless of why Sakurai chose those characters in the first place).
