Garnet for Smash Bros confirmed?
I think I once voted for Natural Harmonia (N) from Pokemon.
Currently writing something. Currently procrastinating. To offset my potential dickery, I will mention my most stupid vote for the Smash Ballot:
Blanc from Hyperdimension Neptunia.
A bit of an inside joke between a friend and I about her...
On one device, I voted for Ludicolo.
You know, I'm not sure what I was thinking, but I did suggest that he could be a good Dance Battler in the description. Also, he seems more likely than two of my other votes (Bomberman and Master Higgins) anyway.

"I'm glad I don't wear shoes or else I'd have to always get shoes in two different sizes. ...If you know, you know!"Heh, that's not the case actually. I'm writing my own novel, though it's still in the development phase (I suck at worldbuilding basically).
I find it really funny that you thought I was creating Smash OCs though.
I suggested Torterra as an Ultra Heavy-Weight with only a (barely decent) Rock Climb for recovery (it wouldn't even have a second jump). It would've used Energy Ball, Wood Hammer, Earthquake, and Rock Climb for its B, Side-B, Down-B, and Up-B, respectively. It would've had Leech Seed, Stealth Rock, and Grassy Terrain as its Side-Tilt, Up-Tilt, and Down-Tilt, respectively, to give it a bit more uniqueness as a trap-setter.

Ooh boy, momentum in Smash Flash 1 is really weird. Just jumping horizontally feels like I'm flying and it's hard to land on some platforms due to this.
Plus, not being able to recover kinda sucks.
However, I did manage to unlock two characters using the level skip trick: Jigglypuff (used Mario) and Inu Yasha (used Tails)
I don't think I'll end up getting Lloyd and Mr. Game and Watch. Cloud and Chrono will be tricky since I can't use the level skip trick on them.
So far, I find Smash Flash 1 to be an okay game, just that 2 is so much better.

AAAAUUUUGGGHHHH!!!!Someone mentioned elsewhere the potential prospect of buffing Samus while keeping her true to the games, so I figured I may as well post some changes I had in mind. Hope no one minds~
This might be a bit of a nerf, but remove the back kick from her nair- as a result, the move ends faster. I think a major part of Smash is making sure each attack feels natural to the input used for it, and something about Samus's current nair strikes me as off.
Her rolls are replaced with new ones based on Other M's Sensemove. Shorter distance covered, but the rolls are much faster and not as terrible as before.
When grounded, you can aim her Grapple Beam grab in five directions (left, right, up, and the upwards diagonals.) Whiffing still leaves you wide open, though.
I mentioned this last one on GameFAQs and I got one person say it was too strong, and three say it makes Samus worse. It's a revamp of Charge Shot that makes it function more like it does in Metroid: Samus can move and use standard attacks while you hold B to charge, and aim her Charge Shot in eight directions. There's two spins to this one- in one version of it, Samus drops the charge as soon as she shields or is hit, and can't store it for later. Letting go of B immediately fires. The other take on Charge Shot here does let her store it for later like before, but only if you manage to fully charge it in one go.

Man, it's almost as if Sakurai himself said no characters that didn't originate in video games would get into Smash.
