"There's not a girl alive who wouldn't be happy being called cute." ~Tamamo-no-MaeThe only "changes" in Melee's meta game are gonna be the complications to people's hands as they try and play Fox to that degree.
Shield Breaker was nerfed because shield stun has been increased, meaning that now there is a longer time frame where you can't do any action after blocking an attack. Hadn't the attack been nerfed, an uncharged Shield Breaker would've likely meant broken shield, since its victim now needs more time to unshield.

"Yeah, it's a shame. Here we are in an underground cave with all these lasers, and instead of having a rave we're using it for evil."That's not how evolution works. A Cyborg hand, however...

Down throw -> up air -> up air is her basic combo. The more you can juggle your opponent with it, the better, and at high damage, you can use up-B instead as a killing move.
For recovery, don't use her up-B. Her down-B gives more vertical distance (and doesn't put you in freefall), and her side-B can be used as a tether recovery.
All I noticed was clipping.
Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice. The entire (well, formerly entire) cast
of Sm4sh arranged similarly to Fire Emblem Awakening's cover art.

Funny how the complain of "nerfing a low tier" eventually led to the discovery of the patching of one of the things many competitive folk didn't like about Smash 4.
