Since Wario can't eat living things, including pokeballs, he probably shouldn't be able to eat Assist Trophies.
Okay, now that I can see some possible Zelda buffs:
- Her side throws seem really weak, and could be strengthened
- More knockback on the Dair "spike"
- I feel like the Phantom Knight splits the difference poorly between offensive and defensive. Either have Zelda act quicker out of it, or have it soak up more damage with super armor

If you wanna know something else weird about my friends:
Every time I play Star Fox Assault's multiplayer with them, they always want to be either Slippy or Peppy. Never Fox, Falco, Krystal, or Wolf.
AAAAUUUUGGGHHHH!!!!I dunno why Wario can eat Assist Trophies, but it's funny.
Incidentally, while he can't eat Mr. Saturn or Pokeballs, he can eat Bob-ombs, Hotheads, the Auroros enemies from Subspace Emissary, Koopas that have been forced back into their shells, swarms of bees, and probably some other living things.

You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!Oh, and of course he can eat Sandbag.
I remember I used to make a game out of eating the infinitely-respawning Sandbag in the Wi-fi waiting room; see how many times you can eat Sandbag in the air before landing back on the ground. My record's 5.
One thing that's disappointing is you can no longer eat Party Balls once they're set. You used to be able to leap up and devour them as they were playing their little tune.

You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!Kirby with Pocket is something to behold, especially since it means that the Villager's own projectiles are used against him. My roommate had a hyped match as Kirby against a good Villager, and he won the match with a pocketed Lloyd. Guy had to sit there as Villager charged an up-smash for two seconds before he finally thought "Wait... I have a rocket on me... Maybe I should..."
Seriously, pocketed Lloyds can be pretty crazy, especially against those lightweights.
I'm pretty sure the concept of Law having limits was a translation error. -Wanderlustwarriorganon kirby? oh i love the ganon-bowser mirror matchup.
Late, but Greninja gets cold feet and Falco is a bird-brain
Also, I finally beat the 3DS's final homerun contest challenge, which got me a smash run power, that was the last one I needed for another challenge that got me my last hat... If I'd bothered to unlock all the custom moves I'd have finished the last three challenges I thought I'd have to hammer all at the same time!

Kirby with Inhale is obviously the best.
