Proof that the AI is stupid even at level 9.

You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!Level 9s are weird. I usually beat them, though they definitely have too perfect of timing. It's awful for when I want to learn move-chains, because they can usually dodge at impossible speeds.
Yeah. Two-stocked a Lv. 9 Wario as Roy by literally standing still and only using standard-special. They're stupid.
Though, 9.0 difficulty on classic is way worse, due to your (very) increased launch rate, and decreased launching power.

"There's not a girl alive who wouldn't be happy being called cute." ~Tamamo-no-MaeDoes anyone use the character-specific DLC Mii costumes for anything other than their intended purpose? I like finding ways to do that. I feel like I get more for my money if I can.
Things I've done it with;
- Dragon King Placeholder Character (Akira Outfit) (Image

- Mystic Gohan (Akira Wig) (Image

- Kay (Chrom Outfit, Cat Hood) (Image

- Chuckie Finster (Inkling Girl Outfitnote ) (Image

EDIT: Added pictures comparing the mii to the original character side by side.

"It's liberating, realizing you never need to be competent." — UltimatepheerI made "Samus" because it's not Samus in the suit.
Call me butter, because I am on a roll! 3ds friend code: 5258-0885-3903 Wii U: Bowser CharizardOh, by the way, Project M updated today, and the Hazardless Warioware stage has been retextured into a Wario Land stage (With Hazardéd Warioware still available in the Alternate Stage Loader).
So, I decided to edit my own copy of WW in the Stage Builder to match.

"It's liberating, realizing you never need to be competent." — UltimatepheerSpeaking of Project M, I'm watching the Super Gaming Bros play the game and it looks pretty fun.
I would download it if my computer had an SD card slot.
Would PM even work on the Wii U's Wii Mode?
Also, is there any point to getting Project M with Smash Wii U out? I'm interested in playing PM but I can't.
AAAAUUUUGGGHHHH!!!!Project M is workable on the Wii U, though it might be kind of a hassle to do it.
mario is red, i am green, i try my best, but everyone's meanLevel 9s have some worth training against them, specifically because of their perfect reaction time. It'll pour water and reveal the holes in some of your combos and movements, and you can study off the CPU's character to learn combos or tricks to get out of being combo'd.
On the other hand, the cons outweigh the pros. Their stage return is generally not good, especially if you have a projectile to tease them with. You can very quickly learn some of their pattern properties, like always perfect shielding projectile spam and rolling instead of jumping over them. And because of their perfect timing, it's almost impossible to play a fair match if you're a heavyweight up against a lightweight. They will always pull out an attack faster than your's, and keep juggling you until their pre-made combos run out.
Going against multiple CP Us is also unbearable. Not only do they gang up on you, but they're made to combo off of each other when possible. This is why multiman smash sometimes has spikes of difficulty increases when suddenly four Mii Fighters have perfectly timed their attacks to ping-pong you across the stage.
Basically fighting level 9s is better than fighting nothing at all, but it'd much better for you to fight people on For Glory. I know it has a bad stigma, but you're bound to find someone that really tests your skill, and fighting against humans is just better. It'll teach you the mental side of fighting.

I'm pretty sure the concept of Law having limits was a translation error. -WanderlustwarriorReally good. It's more fun than Brawl, tries to balance the characters, and adds a bunch of costumes, stages, and characters.
It's also no where near as competitively broken as brawl. I'd highly recommend it, and it's free.
