Wario's new forward smash is a pretty backhanded insult against the Wario Land games.
I think the Shoulder Bash would work better as his dash attack, which actually can originate from another game. In Melee Kirby had the Fireball attack, while from Brawl on he has the Yo-Yo break dance move.
The only special move that I think needs to be replaced is the Corkscrew. I've just never seen that much use for it as an attack due to its awful horizontal range and tiny hitbox.
Call me Willy Whistle 'cause I can't speak, baby. Something in TV Tropes really drove me crazy. On the one hand, I'm a bigger fan of Wario Ware than of Wario Land, and Wario Ware is probably overall better known by now. On the other hand, they had no reason to remove his Shoulder Bash between Brawl and SSB 4, and Wario Land has far more things that one can turn into fighting moves.
De Romanīs, lingua Latina gloriosa non fuī.The Shoulder Bash had poor range for a forward smash.
Again, I think it'd work better as a dash attack, which I'm surprised wasn't the case to begin with.
Call me Willy Whistle 'cause I can't speak, baby. Something in TV Tropes really drove me crazy.I'd get sick of playing on a stage if I only had one or two songs selected to play at all, but I will admit the Ashley Themes are maxed out on Gamer. The two other notable ones are having Team Flare maxed out on the Elite Four, and In The Finale maxed out on Mario Galaxy. When I first heard those songs, I was sort of struck.
I'm pretty sure the concept of Law having limits was a translation error. -WanderlustwarriorI think I have every song maxed out on Final Destination. Also, the Grand Finale is the only song that plays on Mario Galaxy and A World to Win is the only one on Dreamland 64.
Call me butter, because I am on a roll! 3ds friend code: 5258-0885-3903 Wii U: Bowser CharizardI hardly ever think about My Music because I play almost entirely on custom stages...
"It's liberating, realizing you never need to be competent." — UltimatepheerWario needs to keep his Chomp move. Eating people and items is the crux of Wario's gameplay and the reason I mained him.
I use the Corkscrew pretty often as an attack, but I wouldn't mind seeing it get replaced either. Whatever replaces it should be more of an attack than a recovery, though, since Wario's recovery is already great with the bike.
As far as songs go, I like to give every song a chance so none of them are disabled, but some such as Ashley's Song (JPN), Trophy Rush, or Norfair are set so low they might as well only play once a millenium.
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!Well, Smash Norfair is an intersting theme, but it just does
not
compare.
Even the minimalist theme is good...
I choose the songs I like and set them to max, and the songs I don't line I set to min.
Sometimes I'll change it so only one song is at max right before the game because I want to hear that specific song at that time.
"There's not a girl alive who wouldn't be happy being called cute." ~Tamamo-no-MaeI wouldn't mind small music packs, provided they were inexpensive.
Some songs I'd like per stage...

You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!

I feel like the Chomp should be the Earthshake Punch and the Corkscrew should be dropped in favor of one of the vertical-movement boosting injuries from the third and fourth Wario Lands- Precisely which is hard to say, but Puffy Wario and some combination of Spring and Flat Wario have both crossed my mind.
The Shoulder Bash really should've stuck around for his Forward Smash, too- As much as I like the animation for the giant backhand punch, it'd work just as well as a tilt.

I sure said that!
