Did anybody see WT Fox today? Mango vs Armada in I think either Winners or Losers Finals was such a hype set. I was on the edge of my seat the whole time. When Mango won, I was so freaking happy. SO HAPPY. Too bad he lost to Leffen in Grand Finals.
I tried to install PM 3.6b, and it freezes at the first opportunity (after entering Training, for exemple). Seeing people playing it without problems makes me think I'm doing something wrong, but I already tried reinstalling it (overwriting the files) and same crap happens. Anyone knows how to help?

No regret shall pass over the threshold!Really, you can buy adaptors to one flavor of USB or another for nearly anything. If you ever find yourself in a I-don't-have-that-slot situation, search for a that-type-of-input-to-USB-adaptor online and you'll probably find something. I'm pretty sure I've seen Laserdisc to USB adaptors- Something as borderline universal as an SD card is an easy fix.
I sure said that!Sourcegaming translates another old Sakurai article,
this detailing some of his 2008 (Brawl) presentation slides.
Who was the flat out biggest announcement out of any character for Smash?
I think Snake because he opened up the window to future third party characters appearing. Sonic and Mega Man were notable, but they were heavily requested characters for Brawl and Sm4sh. Pac Man is big, but he wasn't as nearly requested as Sonic and Mega Man nor did his announcement have the impact that Snake had. Ryu is by far the biggest DLC announcement. He also carries an impact similar to Snake: Not only can third party characters be DLC fighters, but also companies can have multiple characters in Smash now.
EDIT: This means that we can count both third party and Nintendo characters for your answer.

AAAAUUUUGGGHHHH!!!!nevermind how he's a terrible choice to begin with
This consistent line of reasoning would probably fare better if you simply replaced "big" with "notable".
"Tell them to shut up and have some faith in me." - dead flashback guySnake, for the reasons you mentioned; even if he isn't as big as Sonic, Mega Man, or Pac-Man, he still came out of nowhere and opened up the gates for those three.
And Mewtwo in SSB 4. Nobody was sure whether to expect DLC characters, and not only did it open that gate like Snake, Mewtwo itself was a big name from Melee.
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!

I just noticed some Fridge Brilliance for when certain amiibo were released:
- The 2014 figures (Waves 1 and 2): Nintendo turned 125 in 2014, so it made sense for the figures of Mario, DK, Luigi, Peach, Link, Zelda, Samus, Yoshi, Kirby, and Pikachu; Nintendo's most well known characters. Punch-Out turned 30 in 2014, so releasing Little Mac then made sense. Hyrule Warriors also released that year, making sense for Link and Zelda. Diddy Kong debuted in Donkey Kong Country which was released in 1994, so Diddy turned 20 last year. Fox and Captain Falcon come from historically important games (F-Zero was the game to use Mode 7, which made Mario Kart possible. Star Fox 1 was the first 3D game, and Star Fox 64 pioneered voice acting and rumble). Marth is an important character because him being playable in Melee led to Fire Emblem being published outside of Japan. So, releasing his figure on Nintendo's 125th anniversary made sense Pit, Villager, and Wii Fit Trainer were among the first characters announced for Sm4sh. All figures released in 2014 have at least some Fridge Brilliance behind why they were released then.
- The 2015 figures (Waves 3 and onwards): Bowser's debut game, Super Mario Bros, turns 30 this year. Makes sense to release Bowser then. Bowser Jr has the Koopalings as his alt. Their North American debut was Super Mario Bros 3, which was released in 1990 for the US. (The Fridge Brilliance for the Koopalings is exclusive to nations outside of Japan) Rosalina also releases in this year. Shulk's debut game, Xenoblade Chronicles, released in Japan in 2010. His amiibo came out on the 5th anniversary. Plus, that game just got a remake and a sequel this year. Ike's debut game, Fire Emblem Path of Radiance, came out 10 years ago. Plus, Robin and Lucina also hail from Fire Emblem, which debuted in 1990. So; Ike, Robin, and Lucina have amiibos released when Fire Emblem turns 25 (plus Codename: STEAM being released at this time). Earth Bound came out in 1995, Ness's amiibo came out in May of this year. Meta Knight and Dedede came out when Kirby and the Rainbow Curse released. Duck Hunt was often combined with Super Mario Bros in one cart, so releasing it's amiibo this fall makes sense. Dr. Mario came out in 1990. ROB was a peripheral made for the NES so that retailers would adopt the console after the North American crash. ROB turns 30 this year. Mr. Game and Watch and Pac Man debuted in 1980. Their amiibos release when these two turn 35. Falco's amiibo releases close to Star Fox Zero coming out in Japan.
- DLC Characters: If released in 2016, Mewtwo and Lucas will turn 20 and 10 respectively. Roy and Ryu have no luck, though
AAAAUUUUGGGHHHH!!!!
