I'm just talking about all characters that actually have franchises to their names. Which is why I didn't list ROB, Duck Hunt, and Game and Watch yet I listed Street Fighter.
Anyways, I got Pac Man and DK at the Toys R Us in Merriville.
Also, who was the biggest character announcement for any Smash game? I'd say Snake because it opened the door to third party characters in Smash Bros.
Thank Palutena for imports. That's how I'm getting Captain Falcon in a few weeks.

AAAAUUUUGGGHHHH!!!!I concede there because I didn't even hear of Snake until I played Brawl (though I was 10 when Brawl came out.) Plus, I hadn't even heard of Sheik, Ice Climbers, Pit, ROB, Zero Suit Samus, Olimar, Captain Falcon, Marth, Ike, Game and Watch, Ness, or Lucas before Brawl. (I didn't own Melee on Game Cube until after Brawl was out for a month.)
When Smash 4 newcomers were announced, I at least knew who most of them were (sans Dark Pit, Lucina, and Robin)
AAAAUUUUGGGHHHH!!!!
I started Uprising before E3 2014, but since that was when my 3DS was having issues, I only got to the first 3 chapters. So no idea who Dark Pit was. I have played Awakening...after Sm4sh was out. That's why my Avatar in Awakening is the Female one because I prefer Female!Robin to Male!Robin.
Sakurai on Ice Climbers, Clones, etc.
If for some reason you still hoped for Ice Climbers DLC, you can probably forget about it now. Same for all 2 people who wanted to see Pichu.

I don't see it saying anything about IC that we weren't already told.
...Hell, the source is from an article dating back last year. Why would this have anything to do with DLC?

"Tell them to shut up and have some faith in me." - dead flashback guyI wish the Puff Up glitch on Bridge of Eldin in Brawl wasn't fixed.
Call me Willy Whistle 'cause I can't speak, baby. Something in TV Tropes really drove me crazy.I usually only humor them if (naturally) they happen to include someone I already use.
Which the current one evidently doesn't, so yay

"Tell them to shut up and have some faith in me." - dead flashback guyMeh, you just play a match as a specific character like once a day (or twice if you start early in your day) and it racks up points towards your side. Even a complete loss nets you a point, so it's often a popularity vote more than anything. But skill technically gives you more "votes" so to say.
And it works in For Fun, so no worries of ruining your For Glory records there.
Though I'm sure it doesn't work with friends, only on with anyone.
Anyhow, Team Ryu. Even if I'm not very good.

@Strawberryflavored: I'm talking to the person who wrote that article. How did you come to the conclusion that clone dlc is not happening based upon the article itself?
I can understand believing that Pichu is unlikely(he's not actually that unpopular, being practically the Gen II mascot, and people have mained him before, so...), but I don't get what you mean.
Shadow?
Yeah, the only way for me to win against a good Yoshi is by having three Green Missile misfires as Luigi, which is exactly what happened to me during a 1-on-1 match.
On a different note, why is Pac-Man's name officially spelled in all-caps in this game?
Call me Willy Whistle 'cause I can't speak, baby. Something in TV Tropes really drove me crazy. Then your wording was very difficult to parse. It actually sounded like you were saying that Pichu DLC is hopeless.
But it does make sense why he wasn't in the initial roster. He actually has a different body shape, the damage mechanic would take quite a lot of time to test properly for balance purposes(since it works well with rage). This isn't fast and easy like the other 3 clones.
Shadow?![]()

That's the way his logo makes it look, is why.

Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice. It's interesting to see the minor differences between the early versions of the game and the final product.

The DLC characters are the last to be released.
But yeah, so many amiibos I want, but can't ever find because Nintendo hasn't released enough stock of them. It's awful.
