x4: Never stopped Charizard.
Shame that nearly everything past its movie in the home series kinda dumps on it, though.
"Tell them to shut up and have some faith in me." - dead flashback guyPeach is fun to use. I don't think I'd make her a main, but I'm pretty competent with her.
That parasol is surprisingly powerful an Up-B. Both the initial shoryuken of it and grazing people with it as you're drifting around.

You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique! So, my "all characters all stages" run results:
CHARACTERS USED:
- Mario (Mushroom Kingdom U
- Luigi (Mario Galaxy)
- Peach (Delfino Plaza)
- Bowser (Mario Circuit)
- Yoshi (Mario Circuit Brawl)
- Rosalina and Luma (Luigi's Mansion)
- Bowser Jr (Jungle Hijinks)
- Wario (Kongo Jungle 64)
- Donkey Kong (Skyloft)
- Diddy Kong (Bridge of Eldin)
- Mr Game and Watch (Temple)
- Little Mac (Pyrosphere)
- Link (Norfair)
WINS: All but one character
LOSE: Little Mac (stupid Ridle)
I wasn't even trying to win with Yoshi and I still won.
CHANGED OPINIONS:
I'm beginning to like Peach and Rosalina, Game and Watch is meh, still dislike Yoshi.
AAAAUUUUGGGHHHH!!!!I'm inclined to see solo Ice Climbers about how I would Olimar without his Pikmen. It seems like it'd kill a lot of their uniqueness without getting much in return (other than possibly getting in).
Now if there was a newer Ice Climber game that involves them splitting up at points or something... Maybe.

You could just make Ice Climbers where you play as either Popo or Nana (no stat changes, just skin) and your team-oriented attacks just summon the other to your side. "Losing uniqueness" isn't a big deal if it means dropping an entire character/rep.
I'm pretty sure the concept of Law having limits was a translation error. -WanderlustwarriorThere's still people who like Ice Climbers, regardless, and I think it's a little disappointing to see two-time veterans lose their spot completely. It's not like it takes a significant amount of effort to rework them, no more than, say, Ryu.
I'm pretty sure the concept of Law having limits was a translation error. -WanderlustwarriorI personally still say the best way to get the Ice Climbers back is to make them like DH Trio, where visually it's 2 people but still play like only 1 character. They would lose the ability to desync and all the associated strategies therein, but it would also let them keep their general moveset without melting the 3DS' or Wii U's faculties.
Of course, I don't really think the team would actually do this, they probably consider it a "bring them in exactly as they were or don't bring them at all" kind of situation.

The New Age of Awesome is here! Not even the sky is the limit!I personally didn't like the desync with Ice Climbers, actually. I was able to do more with both climbers together than desynced. I'm not suggesting they take it out unless it's necessary, not by a long shot. It's just that i'd much rather not have to worry about the desync and losing a climber just for not running over to the CPU and doing a special move to resync.
