I've seen the Chorus Kids appear in some "top 10 characters I want as Smash Bros DLC" lists. Not as popular as Snake, Simon Belmont, Ridley, Bayonetta, or King K. Rool.
I wonder why more people would rather have K. Rool over someone that has more relevance in the current DK games like Dixie Kong.
AAAAUUUUGGGHHHH!!!!Because he's awesome, has great moveset potential, and is just such a quirky villain. He hasn't been relevant in recent years, yeah, but he's still very popular, especially in Japan.
Dixie's cool too, and I'd like to see both of them, but if I had to pick I'd go with Rool.
Imagine a Final Smash consisting of his fake "kredits" rising up from the bottom of the screen, like an upside-down PK Starstorm.

You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique! My big problem with Dixie is that she'd be hard-pressed to distinguish herself from Diddy. Their abilities and builds aren't the same, but they're similar.
K. Rool, meanwhile, has a whole bunch of gimmicks he's used throughout the DKC series and lots of open room to draw from. His weaknesses are mostly meta, but considering how Retro likes to make nods to him in the two more recent DKC games anyway, I suspect he might not be as irrelevant come whenever Returns 3 is a thing.
I sure said that!To be fair, Dixie has a lot of unique stuff that would make her a semi-clone at best. She already has helicopter hair, and she has no tail to work with, although her hair can easily do similar moves. She doesn't use a popgun either.
I'd vastly prefer K. Rool, though. As Wolf isn't even a villain by this point(he's an anti-hero), he's one of the few real villains that could step up. Both would be great, but I'll take the villain first. Too many heroes are in 4 with barely any villains. I would've also taken Medusa as a semi-clone of Palutena over Dark Pit for the same reasons. And Dark Pit doesn't really count as a villain in his series either. Unlike Dark Link, who happens to be nothing more than a costume, heh.
Shadow?![]()
Not when the purpose of clone movesets is to be fast and easy bonuses that should not delay the development time of the game, and certainly should not make them increase the time spent on the game. Making the Koopalings separate would almost certainly hit both of these roadblocks. Making Dark Pit separate hits none, especially since the developers found the time to make Dr. Mario and Lucina before him too.

Fantastic Supreme Überkaiser Emperor Folt of The Infinity and Beyond" ... "The First"!I just thought Bowser Jr. had taught them how to become Shadow Mario.
Call me butter, because I am on a roll! 3ds friend code: 5258-0885-3903 Wii U: Bowser CharizardSo I just came across a strange glitch on the Find Mii stage in 3DS.
I was playing as the Villager against Dedede and he got the Final Smash ball. He wound up activating it on me while I was standing on the caged Mii, thus attacking it along with me, but the cage didn't fly away. Instead, it began spinning around wildly and randomly for the rest of the match. It would spin around two or three times in one direction, then suddenly stop and start spinning around the other way for a while, wash rinse and repeat for the rest of the match. It gave me my favorite KO in the process. I decided to land on the crazy cage just to see what would happen, and the next thing I knew, the cage had swept me off the top of the screen and the Villager was kissing the camera.
"I'm glad I don't wear shoes or else I'd have to always get shoes in two different sizes. ...If you know, you know!"

Considering the amount of effort involved, I think my point still stands.
This is why I shouldn't be allowed to watch context-free videos in languages I don't really understand, though.
I sure said that!
