Well, Etika did mention that the poster looks straight out of One Piece, so...

It would be nice if the Super Mario Land games got any more recognition, especially 2. Hell, they dedicated a song to The Lost Levels, a game that only has one piece of original music in a soundtrack ripped from the first game, and they pulled it off extremely well in my opinion.
It helps that Smash 4 seems to be returning Wario to his roots in a way—as Mario's Evil Counterpart. This video
shows that although Wario's moveset doesn't take after the Wario Land series, some of his moves were made to be more similar to those of Mario. Why was his Shoulder Bash removed? My best guess is because his new punch resembles Mario's explosion in his forward smash. Wario's smash attacks and throws were tweaked to look like Evil Counterparts of Mario's, which may be why his forward throw and back throw were swapped. It's ironic because Sakurai held off on including Wario in SSBM to avoid making him a clone of Mario
, and now—although he still isn't a clone by any stretch of the imagination—he's made more similar to his good counterpart.
The backhand was likely done because the Shoulder Bash had some poor range (unless it's Wario-Man).
That said, Wario's portrayal in Super Smash Bros. is more akin to his debut as a villain (where he basically mimicked Mario's abilities) than anything he's done after.
Of course, while the attacks are similiar, the animations are for the most part very different and that coupled with his different physics still keeps him away from being a clone of Mario.
Fantastic Supreme Überkaiser Emperor Folt of The Infinity and Beyond" ... "The First"!I'm still kinda bummed that all the Wario inspiration is from Warioware and not from Land where he had a full set of moves and powerups unique to him, and not a single fart joke.
Don't PM me. We don't like being PMed.It'd be nice if he had Puffy Wario instead of Corkscrew, at least. Maybe the Earthshake Punch from Shake It!/The Shake Dimension instead of Chomp, too. Wario Bike is nifty, though, and while I'm not a huge fan of the humor aspect of it, Wario Waft at least is a unique mechanic.

I sure said that!I'm conflicted on Wario.
On the one hand, whatever this thing that runs around eating items, pulling bikes out of nowhere, eating said bikes, farting on things, and shaking its ass at the camera is, it isn't Wario.
But on the other hand, I love whatever it is.
If they get rid of Chomp, I'd be disappointed. About 3/4ths of the reason I decided to main Wario was to eat random crap.

You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!
x4 I don't remember if Wario's "special" animations were as choppy as his overall movement in Brawl, but he's featured in many of
Master0fHyrule's videos on Smash 4 animations
, and I think his fluid movement in this game makes them even more amusing.
Wario did some ass shaking in, fittingly enough, Shake It!, but it was probably taken from Brawl, just like how the Stonecarving City music was based on Wario's victory theme and a part of the Waluigi Pinball remix.

Call me Willy Whistle 'cause I can't speak, baby. Something in TV Tropes really drove me crazy. As much as I hate the Wario fart jokes, they have become part of his character, ill advised or no.
I'd probably keep the Waft and the Bike, but change the others to be more Land inspired. Half and half, basically.
EDIT:Basically, what Pulse said.

Don't PM me. We don't like being PMed.
Let's not forget that most of the movesets for Fox, Falco, and Wolf don't really come from Star Fox. While the side-b's may be the based on the boost an Arwing/Wolfen can do, and the Reflector's are likely based on the Barrel Rolls, only really the Blaster and Landmaster actually are in Star Fox games.
But see, those games have you spend most of your time in a vehicle. Wario's series of origin is one of platforming, so many would expect his moveset to be inspired by those platformers.
So you put both Pikachu and Fox in A+. Now all we need is for some breakthrough/balance patch to make Meta Knight stupid good and the three top tiers from the previous three games will be top tier in this one.

Icon by Civvi the Civilian!Wow, Mario is in A. I never thought I'd see a Jack of All Stats like him high up on a tier list, let alone an unofficial one.
I like how Sheik is in first place while Zelda is dead last. Maybe Sakurai should have let Zelda have her old down special again while still having Sheik keep her Bouncing Fish (that way, you can't change back to Zelda).
Call me Willy Whistle 'cause I can't speak, baby. Something in TV Tropes really drove me crazy.

Guys, we've lost sight of the big picture here. It isn't about Barrios, himself.
It's the fact an important figure in the competitive fighting game scene is named Chris Brown.
Get your priorities together.
@Kablammin: NEVER GIVE UP
