I'm only really having trouble clearing it on Hard with Olimar.
And I mean, of course I'm having trouble with Olimar.
I sure said that!Funny that Olimar is probably the deadliest OPPONENT in All-Star Mode since a ton of his attacks, including all his KO moves, count as projectiles as far as knockback reduction goes. You can survive a punch from Donkey Kong at 200-250% just fine, but getting lightly smacked by a Pikmin aerial while at 70-80%? Say goodnight.

You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique! What would you guys say makes collecting Custom Moves easiest in the Wii U version?

Icon by Civvi the Civilian! What I've learned trying to clear Hard All-Star with Olimar:
1) Up Smash. Up Smash Up Smash Up Smash.
2) Yellow and White are useless to you. Throw them off the stage as soon as possible so they aren't getting in the way of Red, Blue and Purple. Try not to cry.
3) Cry a lot.

I sure said that!Isn't it possible to reflect Game & Watch's Oil Panic back at him?

It mostly comes down to how good the character you're playing as is in terms of launch power. Most of the cast can Forward Smash their way to an easy win even on Hard in All-Star, though some need to be more creative- Meta Knight and Villager both tend to rely on their Down Specials instead, for example.
I sure said that!
