Call me Willy Whistle 'cause I can't speak, baby. Something in TV Tropes really drove me crazy.I'll be surprised if anyone knows yet. But any idea if it'll be possible to purchase DLC characters for both systems even if I only have one right now?
I'm planning to get Smash-U EVENTUALLY, but I really don't know when that'll happen. And it would be nice if I could get the package price without waiting until then.
Oh, phew. I thought the time limit was even sooner.
At least I have enough time to add Mewtwo to both versions now.
Call me Willy Whistle 'cause I can't speak, baby. Something in TV Tropes really drove me crazy.I'm honestly still not sure why Pikachu is considered so good in the first place, even though I like(d) playing him. I guess pros are getting a lot of mileage out of the new Thunder?
I can see a lot of people being turned off by his low-range and generally low-power moves. He demands a lot of precision, I think.
The Smash engine in general is skewed toward the Fragile Speedsters, which is why tier lists typically favor them. Why else would Zero Suit Samus rank above her suited self?
So no, I wouldn't find it surprising that Sonic was in a high position on the tier list.
Call me Willy Whistle 'cause I can't speak, baby. Something in TV Tropes really drove me crazy.Pikachu is considered top tier solely because of Quick Attack being an incredibly disruptive move that can even combo into his main kill move (Up-Smash) while also having pretty much no risk attached to it and being almost impossible to punish and react to and it also makes Pikachu almost impossible to gimp unless you get a really hard read.

What, really? I had no idea!
Speed is a big factor because of course offense is the best defense, but you're simplifying it an awful lot.

As for Rosalina, if she gets nerfed it's going to be just her Up-Tilt and Up-Air, or rather, Luma's.
There's tournament footage of Luma killing DK at 30% with an Up-Air. Though it was on Halberd and it's really low ceiling, that's a bit too much power. Also this.
The non-balance patches murdered replays as it is.
Luma Upper?
I don't think it's particularly obscure, but in any event, it should be available as a download on the eshop, and you should still be able to get it via Club Nintendo if you have the right amount of coins left over.
As for Pro, I'm left-handed myself and all I had to do was fiddle with the control options a bit and settle in with the first few chapters. You really don't need to bother with it, especially with NN3DS rendering it even more obsolete.
"Tell them to shut up and have some faith in me." - dead flashback guyDefinitely not. It already took some time getting used to having them in charge of the mere camera.
IIRC, though, that was the only major change from the default control scheme; control stick for movement, D-pad for items, etc. All I really did was hard-drop the stylus from the control scheme altogether since I can't imagine anybody being comfortable with a playstyle like that.

I just want to know why the heck is Greninja's standing grab as slow as a tether grab when it comes to actually grabbing the opponent.
