Well, Animal Crossing's main target audience is children, so it would make sense that the adults look like kids.
The thing is, we haven't seen actual young humans in the series yet.

You say that as if Animal Crossing is a deep worldbuilding exercise and not a silly-but-reserved life sim.
Though, of course, the actual Pokemon games tend to be pretty vague on the ages of the leads, and the most recent gens draw them as gangly teenager-looking types at any rate.

I sure said that!
Yeah, there's no way Hilbert and Hilda are only in their pre-teens. New Leaf does a similar thing in which it makes the human characters look thinner, because obviously the mayor has to be an adult.
Ness and female!Villager, according to Smash's YMMV page, is apparently a popular shipping. But I haven't seen anyone bring up the subject of pedophilia on the female!Villager's end.

I think it's because the shippers actually think female Villager is a kid. When paired with Ness, she certainly doesn't look any older than him.
I'm married to Zero Suit Samus.
Hot damn.

Visit my Tumblr! I may say things. The Bureau ProjectIf that's the case, then I'm also married to Zero Suit Samus.
Do you guys think polygamy is accepted in the Nintendo universe?
Call me Willy Whistle 'cause I can't speak, baby. Something in TV Tropes really drove me crazy.I don't see why not.
I'm also occasionally married to Kirby.
Visit my Tumblr! I may say things. The Bureau ProjectKirby's a bit scatterbrained. I think he forgets that we're married. I don't mind I guess.
Visit my Tumblr! I may say things. The Bureau ProjectI suppose that's why we're listing all of the characters we play as—because we're married to all of them.
Call me Willy Whistle 'cause I can't speak, baby. Something in TV Tropes really drove me crazy.Only the person hit by the star is immune to all damage and knockback(and throws, etc. They're entirely invincible).
Did you KO someone who was hit by the star(which should not be possible, outside of a glitch), or KO someone while your character was hit by the star? Computers run away heavily from someone who has a star, since they're simply A.I. with programmed options of what to do in each situation.
Shadow?Morton, I think.
Call me butter, because I am on a roll! 3ds friend code: 5258-0885-3903 Wii U: Bowser CharizardKirby would be hell considering his size and how quick his jabs are.
On a different note, this topic also brings up yet another reason not to play Little Mac.

Married to Bowser. This is going to sound weird, but honestly, that doesn't sound so bad...
