Yeah, it seems like everyone in Congress keeps making these big promises but don't really take the time to actually commit to said promises.
Where's that tax cut you promised, Obama?!
EDIT: Also, I finished voting for Zero!

TV Tropes describes the Fragile Speedster as the Skill Gate Character and the Mighty Glacier as the Difficult, but Awesome character. While that's certainly true in games like Mario Kart, could it be that it's the other way around in a game like Smash? Sure, there are a lot of light characters that are easy to pick up, like Pikachu, for example, and Ganondorf is probably one of the hardest to master (I'll go on record to say that a good Ganondorf is much more impressive than a good Diddy/Sheik). But I think that people new to the game are more inclined to use characters like Bowser and the Dong considering the fact that they can kill with few hits and at low percentages.
Call me Willy Whistle 'cause I can't speak, baby. Something in TV Tropes really drove me crazy.I don't think Smash has Skill Gate Characters. You just pick up a character you like and try to get good with them.
That's the way I play, at least.
"I like girls, but now, it's about justice."Nah, characters like Bowser, Little Mac (though not technically a Mighty Glacier) and especially Link are definitely top tier among casuals.
(Some of the people I overheard at that little tournament at the con were like "the final match is probably gonna be Link vs. Link", "yeah, you just can't beat Link", "hey, can any of you tell me a character who's good against Link?" "No one."
I know there was a brief dominance of Links (and Toon Links) on FG around Christmas time, when every parent in the world would buy his/her child Smash Wii U. I guess a lot of kids were quick to find Link's rather high KO potential—a well-landed dash attack could kill when the opponent is around 80-100% damage.

Well, Toon Link is more of a Fragile Speedster/Lightning Bruiser, and he doesn't have the super flashy dash attack that regular Link has, which probably turned off a few newbies.

My friends love to use dash attacks whenever I play SSB with them.
Smash Kingdom: I think the funniest characters in that entire series of shorts were Ganondorf, Kirby, and Snake.
I loved that part where Link and Mario are fighting, and Peach and Zelda are pestering them to win by bringing up sex.
AAAAUUUUGGGHHHH!!!!Someone menttioned Yacht Club? A Re they pushing Shovel Knight?
I have a message from another time...When people say Goku do they mean the spiky-haired hero from Dragonball or this guy?

No, they get way too much done.
