Quick question: Do any of you think Pikachu is underrepresented in Smash 4? He places pretty high on tier lists, yet I hardly see any other people play him (I main him). Also, I feel like there isn't much much media of Pikachu other than tournament matches and some guides, and I haven't seen a single Smash 4 Pikachu montage yet...
Anyways, what do you guys think?
I think many people who play Pikachu get reported for spamming Thunder Jolt the entire match.
Call me butter, because I am on a roll! 3ds friend code: 5258-0885-3903 Wii U: Bowser CharizardPikachu players are just biding their time until the perfect moment where they'll come out and start stomping Diddy, and then they'll be hailed as the heroes who saved the Smash 4 metagame, and everyone will love watching Pikachu matches forever.
But yeah, I've seen very little Pikachu for all the theorizing that he's supposed to be good.
Pikachu actually takes effort to use well, so most of the players looking out to win are gonna flock to the characters that are just as good but with less effort. Like Diddy, Sheik and ZSS.
That's pretty much why Greninja has exactly one pro-player repping him, being one of the hardest characters to master.
Soundtrack: I am personally dissappointed that there is still no Star Fox Adventures tracks in Smash Bros. And I still don't know why Solaris: Phase 2 isn't the version of His World in Smash.

After I knocked out my opponent(a Pikachu) I decided I should use a Reverse Warlock Punch towards the center of the stage. Pikachu tries to tackle me, misses, eats the back end of the attack, and loses the match at 38%.

"Tell them to shut up and have some faith in me." - dead flashback guyIn regards to Smash 4 hacking/modding, there's a reason the 3DS has more progress than the Wii U. Ever since the release of Pokemon XY, people have been working harder at getting some form of modding on the 3DS. A lot of it gets patched out in updates though.
On the topic of Pikachu, it might just depend on where you look. I've seen a few Pikachu mains in local Smash scenes, but most of the time Pikachu is a secondary.
They should give Link an alt in SSB 5 where he wears a scarf. Because who doesn't like HW!Link's scarf? It's even his gold material

No, it's different, Perfect Pivoting is done at very start of your dash and you have to turn around immediatelly after the initial dash. This one is when you're trying to change directions while running, it also makes you slide further than Perfect Pivoting, but the only thing you can do with it are tilts. It's also easier to perform I think.

Darn it.
