I've tried that Shifting Shuriken but it doesn't seem that useful.

I'd like to see how to use it though.

Is this a Jo Jo reference?Man, I really need to get over this confidence problem I seem to always have when playing Smash.
Whenever I start winning, I get excited and stop playing well, when I start losing I lose confidence and stop playing well. I feel like I could play a lot better if this didn't happen.
Does anyone else have this problem? Is my brain just ADD or something?
