Same here. Completed it around my 4th try on hard, and I found it fairly fun. I was kinda surprised at how much problem people were having with it.

"Yeah, it's a shame. Here we are in an underground cave with all these lasers, and instead of having a rave we're using it for evil."It took me about seven tries. It isn't so much hard as it is exceedingly luck-based. The only way you can win is via a perfect storm of the game being generous with chicken and cake, being generous with quantity overall, the camera deciding to give you a good view of the whole stage instead of zooming in because the Dededes are stalking you, the Dededes not stalking you or creating a wall of Gordos, the Dededes not leaping into your mouth when you try to inhale food, minecarts not barreling in from off-screen, and treasure chests not exploding on you. It doesn't help that there's no reset button, you have to manually exit the match then re-enter it, and put up with all the load times, should you mess up.
I'm pretty sure stealing Dedede's Inhale doesn't make food heal you any more than Inhaling it as Kirby, though. I'm pretty sure Kirby, Dedede, and Wario all get the same bonus.

AAAAUUUUGGGHHHH!!!!I managed to cheese Kirby's Crazy Appetite on Hard by simply pausing the game repeatedly and deciding my moves in advance. Sure, pausing is the last thing you want to do in a game like Smash, but for an event like KCA it sure is practical.
Call me Willy Whistle 'cause I can't speak, baby. Something in TV Tropes really drove me crazy.Hey guys, a tier list I actually got to take part in creating!
Though really I was only there up to the point we were placing R.O.B on the list.
It's probably because Pit's arrows are considered to be much better than Dark Pit's (if I remember correctly). Also, Dark Pit's FTilt is much weaker than Pit's for one reason or the other.
Icon by Civvi the Civilian!Eh, we still got Diddy and Shiek to worry about. At least there aren't any Meta Knights running around, though.
For the record, most characters stop being viable around the D tier rank. I heard a good explanation for most tier lists that explains someone in the D tier is definitely at a disadvantage in most cases and mostly has to rely on their opponent making mistakes to win their matchups, something that is definitely possible (see Kuroda's Q) but you have to be an extremely godlike player to do.
Which is why I question the purpose of having any tiers below that level. But what do I know, Smash's balance is so legendarily bad that players probably have their reasons for that.
So, today I unlocked the last few CD's, and now have a full song collection.
The last one was Vs. Parasite Queen, from that awful Smash Tour Metroid challenge. After a few tries, I got lucky. Not only did one spawn, it spawned right near Player Four and drained him without me having to move, then teleported only a few spaces away from Player Four, allowing me to snag the powerups back immediately.

Managed to clear Kirby's Crazy Appetite on Hard.
I have to say, that is some grade-A luck-based bullshit. The only reason I won was because I just so happened to get more powerful food items to spawn, such as chicken and spaghetti instead of nothing but kiwis and iced tea. At one point I died because one of the treasure chests, the only thing you're supposed to be focused on, exploded instead of giving me food. And of course there's the countless times I lost because a minecart barreled in at mach 5 from off-screen, or a Dedede sniped me from across the map with a oh-so-perfectly-bounced Gordo, also moving at mach 5. And the times that time ran out because the game couldn't be assed to spawn enough food to actually make completion possible. At least it's done now.
