pearlina brainrot affects millions of people worldwide. if you or a loved one are suffering from pearlina brainrot, call 1-800-GAY-NERDSI don't know what response I expected anyway. But fine, I'll stop.
Who else am I going to talk to about this? Offline, the very, very few people you can find around here who even know what this game is usually are only familiar with one of the macekres. Online, this still applies, plus I have one, maybe two friends who give a shit.

pearlina brainrot affects millions of people worldwide. if you or a loved one are suffering from pearlina brainrot, call 1-800-GAY-NERDSDude, you've gotta understand that very few people care about Panel de Pon. It's a franchise that is long dead and virtually unknown in the west. I understand that you're a fan, but for fucks sake calm down, it's just a video game.
"I like girls, but now, it's about justice."While I realize your point, that sort of attitude is precisely why I'm acting this way. If I'm any quieter about it, I get ignored, Panel de Pon (or, I'm sorry, is that "Tetris Attack" now?) continues to wallow in obscurity, and I keep getting told to shut up.

It's just a video game franchise. There's another video game franchise called Snowboard Kids that I'm a fan of myself. It hasn't gotten a new video game since 2005, and that was a terrible revival for the DS that horribly betrayed the franchise's spirit. It's incredibly oscure and pretty much dead. That does not mean I regularly lose my shit over the fact that few people know about it and that it's constanly being overlooked.
I'm going to be blunt: The way you act over Panel de Pon is not normal. It's a video game, not the Holy Grail. Get a grip.

"I like girls, but now, it's about justice."Subtract a year from the date and these two sentences, to the letter, could also be used to describe Panel de Pon.
But okay, fine. Clearly you guys don't want me around here anymore.

"I like girls, but now, it's about justice."The problem we have is that SSB is by definition a reflection of Nintendo as a whole, and right now, Nintendo as a whole seems to be so focused on pushing their recent releases and major franchises that they can't even be assed to look up what game Lip is from.
That's why I'm irrationally upset. Yes, it's irrational. Yes, I should talk to someone about this. That will not change the fact that I am upset.
pearlina brainrot affects millions of people worldwide. if you or a loved one are suffering from pearlina brainrot, call 1-800-GAY-NERDSHonestly the fact that Panel de Pon got an item in Smash Bros and I believe a song in Brawl (not sure if it's still in Smash 4) seems to be a clear indicator that Nintendo hasn't completely forgotten about the franchise. Sure, the trophy for the Lip Stick is wrong about the game it's part of, but it's not like the trophy list hasn't been wrong before.

They "Fixed" it for Bowser...they didn't do it for anything else.
