Huh... Apparently Starbomb released a new music video about Smash that's pretty catchy
. It also isn't filled to the brim with dick jokes like some of their other videos.
Maybe I should watch their Zelda one.
It's kind of amusing how this video portrays Jiggly and Luigi, considering that they're considered high-tier characters at the moment.
Time to find out who the king/queen of classic mode is. Everyone post GSP! Unless you don't want to. But mine is 2,401,917.

Call me butter, because I am on a roll! 3ds friend code: 5258-0885-3903 Wii U: Bowser CharizardWell I didn't know that. You're still superior to me though. I have like, what, one win against you in one-on-one battles?
Never mind the GSP I'm going to tell you guys a secret. I once got a gordo permanently stuck to the bottom of Dedede's hitbox.

Call me butter, because I am on a roll! 3ds friend code: 5258-0885-3903 Wii U: Bowser CharizardThose don't actually bother me that much; I mentioned it in case others were wary of the new song.
Speaking of Classic, I've only beaten 9.0 with Mega Man. I still want to try to beat it as my other mains (Palutena specifically), but I have more trouble with Master Cores forms as anyone else for some reason. Anyways, I eventually want to beat 9.0 with everyone I consider a main, just as a personal goal to have since I really have no use for Classic anymore.

I've only beat Master Core with all my stock intact once! It was almost as stressful as just beating 9.0 for the first time.
Call me butter, because I am on a roll! 3ds friend code: 5258-0885-3903 Wii U: Bowser CharizardBowser utterly wrecks beast form with down tilt. Dead in seconds. Seconds I say!
Call me butter, because I am on a roll! 3ds friend code: 5258-0885-3903 Wii U: Bowser CharizardNot sure I've managed to beat Master Core without losing a stock yet, the hands have some annoying combos sometimes, like Master grabbing and putting you to sleep so Crazy can grab you and slam you into the stage just as Master does it's "card lift of doom" trick >_<
For me Giant's most annoying move to dodge is when he lifts the stage, sometimes jumping off stage or hanging on the edge (fun fact, you don't let go when the stage moves) helps depending on your recovery skills. Or just try a find s spot without too many energy balls and shield.
That or when he slams his face into the stage to make those X bomb things... Seems like you have to get lucky with where the bombs float to.
Yup, fighting the hands and master giant pretty much boil down to luck. Although I once discovered master beast has awful aim. He broke my shield then did his chomp attack, and completely misses!
Call me butter, because I am on a roll! 3ds friend code: 5258-0885-3903 Wii U: Bowser CharizardYeah, what usually happens to me is that the Hands get a few hits in (usually with the grabs or the energy ball attack), making me weak enough that Master Core can KO me in Giant form with its Off-Waves or Bomberman attacks. The Beast usually gets me by jumping around a lot and snagging me with the spike pillars while I'm still airborne.
But I'm not sure I'd attribute it all to just bad luck. Most of the time I'm just mistiming my dodges or failing to predict what the next move is (or shielding too often and getting it broken). I'm pretty sure I just need more practice with the boss (I just wish I didn't have to go through Classic every time I want to try again at the same intensity level).
Anyways, how does the Wii U Classic Mode compare to the 3DS's? I've heard that most people seem to prefer 3DS Classic since it seems faster (is it? I thought the Wii U version would be faster) and "more fair" somehow.

Themed battles? Like Metal, Giant, and Team? They're gone?
What about the whole "Rival" system that was mentioned? Is it interesting or just an unimportant facet of Classic Mode?
Oh, and one positive I have seen is that it's easier to collect stuff in Wii U Classic Mode, since there doesn't seem to be a roulette (or is there?).

You get Flatzone X by doing Trophy Rush with Game and Watch.
