Okay, everyone needs to stop everything they're doing and take in this video, because holy shit:
Nintendo should've just used this as the opening music. It's that good.
(I checked the posts in this thread the day the video was posted and I saw nothing related to it. If it got posted later, sorry...but this thing is too good to post only once, so I feel absolutely zero shame)

Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!So we now know that Amiibos can be assholes.
I'm just going with my headcanon that Ganondorf is making use of his magic to do that.
Also, it and Warlock Punch fit the same criteria of needing an expert need to land it proper, though I think WP is easier to land.
Either way, it looks pretty cool.

Crossbow Training had a purpose after all!
You can't deny the pull of Ganondorf's crotch.

Are explosions science?Damn, I typically don't care for rap, but that was a hot beat.
Back on Ganondorf's move-set, I have a few ideas. While we're at it, I might as well share my ideas for the rest of The Legend Of Zelda cast:
Link
- His new f-tilt is the Shield Bash. His u-tilt is a sweeping up-down swing which, if the attack button is pressed again, goes into an upward swing.
- His d-tilt is a stab rather than a slash. Likewise, his Dash Attack is a lunging stab.
- His f-Smash is the Sword Beam. Depending on how it's charged, it can range from the "Bolt of energy" to the "slash of energy" to the Skyward Strike. His other smashes are relatively the same.
- his f-air is the Jump Strike. His old f-air, the two quick slashes, become his n-air. His b-air now uses his sword. His up stab and down stab naturally stay.
- I'm wondering whether or not his throws should be changed to a set of Power Gauntlet-augmented hurls and slams.
- I'm also considering giving him the Sailcloth so he can slow his descent.
- He can now aim his Bow up and down. His Boomerang gets a similar aiming improvement.
- He can now walk slowly while charging his Spin Attack and move a bit faster when spinning. How much he spins depends on how long he charges.
- If Link is holding an item, such as his Bomb, and he uses his Bow, he'll tip his arrow with the item.
- Link gains a golden aura when using the Triforce Slash. He concludes the attack with three spins and a stab.
Zelda
- Zelda gains her Royal Rapier. Her attacks are mostly the same, albeit with improved range; Neutral attack is still a quick jab imbued with magic sparks, u-tilt is a magical upward swing, and d-tilt is a quick poke. Her f-tilt is still a quick swing, but like Meta Knight's f-tilt, she gains a series of additional swings.
- Her Smashes, however, are completely overhauled. They increase in range and power the more they are charged.
- Her f-Smash is the Bombos strike, in which she releases a ring of fire ending in a burst of flame forward.
- The u-smash is the Ether strike, in which she Stabs the Sky, releasing lighting that not only covers the range of old u-Smash, but has a very small chance of freezing opponents.
- Her d-Smash is the Quake strike, which shakes the ground around her and can stun opponents.
- Like her tilts, Zelda's n-air and u-air gain a range buff from the rapier, but otherwise function the same. Her Lightning Kicks are completely the same, and her d-air is now the sword dive.
- Her grabs and Specials are the same, though Din's Fire is more of a multi-hitting attack.
- For her Final Smash, Zelda rapid fires several Light Arrows to stun and rack up damage, and concludes with a volley of Silver Arrows to launch.
Impa
- In a controversial choice, Sheik is now Impa. Don't worry, Sheik fans, the ninja of old lives on as an Alt Costume.
- For her on-screen appearance Impa walks on stage as her "old lady" self, then uses Transform magic to take on her "Action Girl Ninja" self. When using the Sheik alt, she first appears as Ocarina Of Time Zelda before trasforming.
- Impa wields a combination BFG-Naginata. The first two hits of her neutral combo are the same, but the infinite part uses her blade.
- Her tilts stay the same, whereas her Dash Attack uses the blade.
- For her f-Smash, Impa preforms two flipping strikes with her blade, functioning the same as her f-smash of old. Her u-Smash is now her spinning her blade over her head. Her d-Smash is still a spinning kick, but now has her holding her blade in her Handy Feet. (How she can do this wearing boots, I'll never know.)
- Her n-air and b-air stay the same. Her f-air and d-air use her blade, but more-or-less function the same, being a quick slash and plummeting slam, respectively. Likewise, her u-air is much like her d-Smash, holding her blade in her feet but otherwise being conceptually unchanged.
- Her Needles are now knives made of magic. Her Vanish attack is the same.
- While I'd need to see her in action more, my idea for her Side Special involves her casting a force-field about as far outward as her Chain of old. There's a hit-box when the field comes out and an explosion when it deactivates.
- Her Down Special involves her Shaping her Attacks a la Hyrule Warriors.
- I don't have much of an idea for her Final Smash beyond it involving the series' Magic Music.
Ganondorf
- Ganondorf's neutral combo starts with two bashes with the Swords of Demise and ends in either a slam of dark energy (when tapped) or a Spin Attack a la Twilight Princess (when held).
- His tilts are mostly unchanged, though his Volcano Kick gains a hit-box when Ganondorf lifts his leg up. His d-tilt is combined with his Wizard's Foot of old, being imbued with dark magic and, when held, can send him forward.
- His f-Smash is likewise combined with the Warlock Punch, and can even be reversed! For his u-Smash, Ganondorf strikes upward with his sword, which has two double-helixing bolts of electricity. For his d-Smash, he scrapes the ground at his side with his swords.
- Ganondorf can now float.
- For his n-air, Ganondorf spins surrounded in dark energy, hitting twice. His f-air is still the Skull Crusher, albeit with two swords. His d-air combines the best of both his Thunder Stomp and Wizard's Foot.
- His neutral Special is, of course, the Dead Man's volley. When the bolt of energy is out, pressing the Special button causes a deflecting backhand.
- For his down-Special, Ganondorf raises his arms and charge energy, creating Technicolor Fireballs. The more he charges, the more fireballs he'll throw.
- His up-Special is him uppercutting with electrical energy, then slamming down, creating shock-waves.
- Flame Choke stays where it is.
- His transformation into Ganon for his Final Smash functions more like Giga Bowser, allowing him to be controlled like normal. As Ganon, he wields the Trident, and a few of his attacks are changed. For example, his f-Smash brings down a bolt of lightning in front of him, he throws the Trident for his neutral Special, and his side Special ironically functions more like the Greudo Dragon.

I miss you.Speaking of Zelda, Ganondorf's face has become a Tumblr meme form the Wii U version. Can someone note that down?
Are explosions science? So, um... Can anyone give me a crash course on how not to be completely fucking braindead even against the most obvious teabagging 7-year-olds? This is taking a toll on me.
"It's liberating, realizing you never need to be competent." — UltimatepheerMess around with every character against until you find one you're really good with. Turn off all items, set the CPU to Random, select Battlefield, and start at Level 1. Work your way up until you lose. If you didn't lose to a Level 9, set the CPU one level higher and keep fighting them until you win. If you first loss is to a Level 9 or you defeat them all, just repeatedly fight Level 9 CPUs. This way, you can get a strong feel for your main and learn their ins and outs fairly well. Fighting a Level 9 CPU is different from fighting another human but being able to reliable defeat a Level 9 CPU will be a great boon.
After that, just keep playing For Glory.
If you have an amiibo, use that instead of the CPU.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!I can consistently beat Level 9's. I just don't understand why I keep falling apart against children... I tried learning from my losses, but I don't learn anything if I'm too depressed and humiliated to even think straight...
Yeah, it's just a game, but if I'm this hopeless at something as trivial as a game, what else am I royally screwing up?

"It's liberating, realizing you never need to be competent." — UltimatepheerWell there's your problem.
Put down the game and go do something else. Read a book, watch a movie, watch anime, go on a jog; something. If you start getting frustrated then you start making more mistakes which will only make you more frustrated. It's a vicious cycle that all gamers must recognize and learn to overcome.

Hey, don't think like that. Simon Lane almost got a degree in astrophysics, and he's awful at video games!

(Considering how deep Link can fall even before increasing his heart counter, increased resilience might also be part of the package!)
